This store has been pretty bad over the years, but it's also convenient. Lately, it has gotten worse. Staff is either rude or just doesn't care. It's dirty or at least appears so. Self checkout here is a pain. I'm tired of dealing with it. Publix gets 100% of my business from now on.

We’ll see how tomorrow goes, but I placed a pickup order early in the day for 6-7 pm. I get a message saying it’s running behind and should be ready around 8. A little annoying, but it’s fine. It’s a big order. And then, radio silence. No updates, nothing, it’s 10pm now, I called, and when the phone eventually got answered, they just said it wouldn’t be filled tonight. If I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have known that. At the very least have the decency to call me first!!! They told me that I have to call THEM in the morning to get my order. What sense does that make? I get them being understaffed and I feel for the employees, but man, communication is a hell of a thing. So much for dinner tonight.

Picked the first pack of sweet corn cobs off the shelf, got home and opened them and it was all rotten and stunk. Little bits of green mold I didn’t see before taking the package since I was in a hurry.

I've been going to the store for 5 years. I can deal with rude staff and slow lines - but to not only mark up products by 30% in the last 6 months and not to have anything in stock is unacceptable. I'd say you'd have better luck at the Publix just right down the road.

so instead of having a couple more cashiers you put in these self checkout lanes, spend money on carts that have locking wheels, and have to hire some rent-a-cop to lock the wheels to look at a receipt. this is what happens when you hire some idiot who got an MBA and has "great ideas"

I brought ballons in yesterday at 12pm 4/26 to be blown up for my son's 3rd birthday today to be picked up at 1pm. His party's at 2? I got here 2:15pm to find noone in the floral department and after paging, Yolanda came 6 minutes later only to tell me my ballons were not blown up. She also offered no solutions. I am greatly disappointed and upset. It's too late to get ballons blown up anywhere. This has ruined my child's birthday party since these were the only decorations he had.
