I recently changed from another pharmacy to Kroger because of insurance. I have been extremely pleased with Kroger pharmacy. Since I’m in Kroger almost every day, it is convenient for me. The service, professionalism, and friendliness are all excellent!

Love getting my Kroger points for my prescriptions. Nice walk up window outside and a walk up counter inside. They offer basic shots and advice. I try to do auto fill, so there’s no waiting.

I've interacted with the pharmacy tech here who is a young, Indian female on several occasions on each occasion she is rude, blatantly overtalks you, and doesn't seem to be interested in what the customer has to say at all. On the first instance, I had a medication my physician called in to another Kroger and I called to have it transferred to this Kroger and she utterly refused to listen to my explanation and told me I needed to call that other Kroger first despite the fact I already had. The second, more recently, happened when my physician sent a prescription to this pharmacy instead of a Wellstar pharmacy and I was asked by the Wellstar pharmacy to call this Kroger and have the put the medication back to prevent two claims from being filed. She was blatantly difficult with me and I even let her speak to the pharmacy team at the Wellstar pharmacy as I was there at the time and she gave them a hard time. Kroger must do better with its customer service. This young lady doesn't care about the patients and could stand some professionalism training. I will refrain from getting additional prescription from this Kroger while she is working there and I suggest others do the same. She is habitually angry and rude.

Love Kroger, HATE this pharmacy. Dropped off an antibiotic prescription for my son. I was told 30 minutes. An hour later they tell me it's ready. I go to check out and pick up remaining prescriptions already filled. They LOST his ADHD medication, which is a controlled substance, laughed it off. Paid and left. Get home to discover, THEY DIDN'T FILL THE ANTIBIOTIC! Called them and the pharmacist laughs it off again that it was soo busy. I am immediately changing pharmacy.

The automated system is horrible. After 20min of saying "speak to pharmacist! Speak to human! Help!" AND I kept getting "ok, we'll transfer you to someone, but first, lest see if I can help you first"It should not take 2weeks of multiple attempts to refill a medication only for it to get canceled.

Prices are high, employees are rude. I went in today to pick up a few items and was forced to use self checkout because only one register was open and there were five customers (with full carts) in line waiting. I rarely use self checkout and was reading the instructions when an employee came up, roughly picked up an item from the little seat at the top of my cart, and scanned it. She was so rough she knocked my purse into the bottom part of the cart! She did not apologize and then threw my wallet (which had fallen out) back into my purse! I do not like people touching my wallet or my purse!!! I said STOP . This is why I usually do not use Kroger but switched to Publix two years ago - rude employees and crowded dirty store.!

I've used this Pharmacy for 15 years and I have always had great service. The staff is nice and if they have something they always try to get it as soon as possible. Keep up the great work!

When we first walked in they said that they had none of the medication I was literally just prescribed, and had just been sent in from my doctor. It was an antibiotic and a few other very very basic medication, how are like one of the most commonly prescribed antibiotics out? And then they sat there and scrolled for a bit and called a few places but kept saying they were out. And then decided they actually did have one of them, how awesome! The costumer service was awful, seems like these people get a kick out of telling people they don’t have their medication. And looking at all these other bad reviews I’m not too surprised

Claimed to be out ibuprofen. How is that even possible? Generally really bad service as well. The two girls who "helped" me laughed and mocked me. Better off going to Walmart.

Their pharmacy is handy for getting my COVID-19 booster. It took very little time to perform and I have documentation that it's complete.

This is the most inconsistently stocked Kroger I've ever been to. I only buy a few staples yet they are only available about 50% of the time. As a result, I end up needing to come back multiple times a week often leaving empty handed. Publix is more expensive but I'll be switching to them as they at least keep the same items in stock regularly.

In process of changing to another Pharmacy long over due on my part. You get refills refilled 4 sometimes longer days! My daughter was leaving for college and her refill they told would be avail in 5 days. We told the pharmacist it won’t be ready. Really? Absurd. On top of that their customer service is horrible! They are condescending. Remember when you’d drop of your RX and it would be ready in 30 mins!? Now up to a week. I break out in hives when I call to get a refill. Today they said 3 days. I told her I’m out of my medication. She said other ppl are waiting too. When I asked her was that normal protocol if a patients runs out of medication they still have to wait for days. She rudely said she would not answer that question. Inexcusable.
