Once again, I am a complete dolt. Kroger is not a alriveraTV approved place. Consider shopping the bakery for bread is worse than shopping a Home Depot. The bread is put into plastics bags and is old and stale. The staff in the bakery is awful.
It cost me too much in fuel to get to Whole Food but I think I need to eat the bullet and get to Whole Food, a 100 % alriveraTV approved supermarket; but Kroger, GOD save the Queen.

DO NOT ORDER PICK UP or DELIVERY. It’s never ready on time and they don’t send and update to advise. Huge inconvenience and waste of time. Back to Publix I go.

There should be better employee training at this store I stopped shopping at ALL Kroger stores after returning a dead mum that I bought a week prior. The woman at customer service was extremely rude and refused to refund.
Anytime customers spend their time and money, especially five to six hundred dollars a month in your store and you'd not issue an immediate refund and instead choose to be nasty, customer service is not the career for you.
My prescriptions, grocery and gas purchases will be anyplace other than Kroger

Excellent! Valentine's Day I ran in for a last minute present at 6:30am. I was on my way to work and in a hurry. Two people were quick to help me, one who was stocking food. He left his duties to show me where I could find the Gift Card aisle. ( I am sorry I didn't get his name.) The other was Nesta, who has helped me on other occasions. She is always so cheerful and kind. Thank you for the help!!

Shoutout to Mark in the front end---after I had surgery down the road with Dr. William Klinger my mama was driving my home and we needed some water so we stopped here and Mark was amazing my mama told him about my surgery so Mark went got a case of water and after my mama paid Mark and carried it out so my mama didn't have to and of course I couldn't help since I jus had surgery.
I can't comment on the quality of the produce since all we got was water but the associate Mark was top notch a real dog ya heard

Do not shop at this location. There are a few associates that are wonderful people and very respectful. Then there are a couple that spoil the whole bunch, including one of the store managers that back-up their employees and their disrespectful behavior towards customers. I should have never been treated like an unintelligent person. This is where I CHOOSE to spend my hard earned money. You are not doing me any favors, especially when I'm checking my own groceries out. What are you here for then? I will not be back until they get new leadership at this location on powder springs.

Eggs are ALWAYS busted . If I don't inspect them, I average 8 good eggs out of a dozen. If I didn't work past 8, I would go to Aldi

I was so tired I didn't even want to shop. I was already in a sour mood. I couldn't figure out something in the app, so I was getting even more cranky. The cashier looked at me said hand me your phone and she fixed whatever I was doing wrong. Thank you sweety.. "your my hero."
