This is a typical Kroger. They have a great selection of products, but the checkout process can take a while when they get busy.

I have been visiting this Kroger for over 5 years. It's never been a 10, but it's been durable enough to where I never thought of leaving a review. The last few months have been horrible, enough to call the customer service number. But today was the cherry on top to where I had to say something. After scheduling a morning pickup, for a THIRD time, it was pushed back. I have received calls for this before and have ALWAYS been understanding to the point of rearranging my schedule. Unfortunately today, I had a conflict and needed to get that pickup slot I scheduled. When Susan from Kroger called, instead of asking like everyone else has done, she told me she's gonna push it back by TWO HOURS! I then explained I had a conflict at that time (a doctor's appt) and might not be able to rearrange my day to do it. I mentioned this isn't the first time dealing with this and wondered if there would be some type of compensation if I indeed did flip my day around. I was told $10. I needed to decide if I should cancel a Dr appt (that might not be able to reschedule me before the holidays) for $10. I kept asking her for options but she was hellbent on one, just come and pick up the groceries at 11. I was asking what if I couldn't, she said call the store. I told her I called twice and no one was picking up. As I was trying to ask her what to do if my doctor couldn't reschedule and if no one answered when I call back, she began talking over me (actually she did that the whole call), rushing me off the phone, and I kept saying I'm asking a question to keep them from pulling stuff if I cant come. She wasn't listening and hung up on me! Completely unnecessary! You all are behind and I've been working with you each time, and the one time I'm not sure if I can so I have questions on what to do, she can't be bothered and hung up on the customer. Imagine dealing with this as you're driving to get news from the doctor. I've called about customer service issues and I asked for the managers to contact me; no response. I'm convinced the managers don't care. The store got a face lift with the rearranged aisles, but took a nose dive with majority of the staff. (I won't say all because I've encountered one lady who is always pleasant). I don't discourage people from shopping where they want. If you're like me, you may have used Kroger to get fuel points. But honesty, after the treatment today, being treated so horribly and without respect, the points aren't worth it. So shop here with the knowledge of there's a great chance you will be mistreated and encounter rude behavior. For Susan, your behavior was horrible and uncalled for. While you were dealing with things, this could've been handled better. Based on your actions, this review will probably mean nothing to you. I pray you change for the better just in case you encounter someone else in a similar situation.

The thing I found annoying is while me and my mom are in the produce area getting vegetables and after she got the items she need she wanted to use the restroom and I saw the security on the flowers section near the entrance which I found it odd so I move to a different area and wait for her. After that we went to the checkout line and after we pay and ready to leave I saw the same security again at the exit ?. We been here many many times for the last few years and we buy the items we need and WE PAY and I understand he was trying to do his job but it made me feel very uncomfortable whenever we are at the produce section every time.

The bakery department is the rudest of the employees within the store. This is my second experience with this attitude. With two different employees this time he is claiming to be the manager (Steven). I'll spend the difference and start shopping at Publix which is right nextdoor. Kroger do better you are making life time shoppers for your competition

I loved shopping here so much but I’m very upset about the set up of the store being changed. It’s very hard to find items now and the flow just isn’t the same. I’m sure this resonates with a lot of people and not just me.

Bought a box of wine and it had mold inside it, store refused to take it back. So I'm out $20. I go back to the wine section and the rest of the same kind had mold in it. Nasty.

This is strictly a review on this store’s pickup. You pick an hour time slot to come and pickup your groceries. I clicked on my way when I was 20 mins from the store. I got to the store a few mins after the start of my time slot and said I’m here. Fifteen minutes later a worker comes out and tells me it will be another 45 mins to an hour until my order is ready. I’m frustrated but I say ok and go run an errand and come back 45 mins later. I am now not able to check in online so I call the store to speak to someone in pickup, which takes about 5-10 mins with me being placed on hold. The pickup department answers and say that they need to go back to some room and they’ll be out shortly. I finally received my order 35 minutes later.

This Kroger is always hit or miss. Their Curbside pickup is completely awful. I have never successfully executed curbside pick up from them. I never get the text it is ready. It has not been ready and don't you dare even think of trying to get something Frozen. This is a good Kroger if you just want to use the self-check out and get a few items in and out. Other than that, I would drive the few miles down the road to the Kroger on Whitlock (or the one further down on New Macland).

This will be the last time I go to this location I'm going to start going to a different Kroger maybe the combined intelligence of the people in there will be higher hopefully they'll actually have a personality instead of acting like robots and A Holes

Ran up here to grab some feta cheese for a salad I was making at home, that I forgot while I was shopping earlier. This Kroger closes at 11PM. I pulled up at 10:45PM, and as I was walking in, one of the employee's told me that they already closed for the evening, because "someone" shut the systems down. Sounded like an excuse just to turn late shoppers away, like myself. This Kroger never appears to be fully stocked, and kept like others in the area.

I’ve been a faithful Kroger customer, but literally every time I go to this location, they’re out of multiple things that I need. It’s so frustrating to pack my kids in the car for a shopping trip and then realize I have to go to another store and do it again, especially when I’m running late. I avoid Publix because the prices are higher there, but I’m going to start going there first because I’m genuinely fed up with how many times this has happened.
