This Kroger is notorious for not updating expired sales prices. When their own employees agree that they are bad about it, I have to question who is managing the store and what other things are not being properly addressed.

Whoever that lady is working the self checkout is the rudest employee ever

I had a problem with an order that the staff at the self checkout could not help with. She contacted the manager to get help but after 30 minutes, he did not come over. the manager Amir then said I should check out The rest of my thingsand then come to customer service to check The items of having a Problem with. When I told him I was going to leave all my groceries there and not purchase anything , his answer was OK. He was disrespectful of my time. I will never come back. I live a half mile away soon sooner. or later these poor reviews will add up. I usually don’t write Bad reviews unless somebody is really wasted my time and was disrespectful.

My wife went into this Kroger to get money orders in increments of $1,000 as stated on the company’s website and was told that this Kroger does not follow corporate company policy. She was instructed to use the ATM to take out cash. However, why pay a fee for removing cash when I have personally used my debit card at other locations to get money orders? Management needs to be retrained! My wife is persistent and obviously management doesn’t know policy because she asked the manager to put in writing the fact that they would not honor the company’s policy. We can’t help put wonder if this act was an intentional example or prejudice or racism! Kroger needs to do a better job of consistency in all locations.

I was greatly inconvenience as they would not except my second form of ID for my wine purchase, which required me to drive somewhere else just for one simple thing. Unfortunately my wallet was stolen recently which had my driver's license in it so the only thing I have currently is a picture of that driver's license and also my weapons carry license which is provided by Georgia probate court. For the Kroger's to tell me that they could not accept either of those as a valid form of ID is ridiculous... I use my weapons carry license to verify identity all the time at many places and never have an issue (a sensible person would understand that it should be acceptable to purchase any alcohol, as you are not even eligible to receive a weapons carry license if you are not at least 21 years old) IT IS ABSOLUTELY A VALID FORM OF ID. Kroger needs to really reassess things if they value customer service at all because that was a great inconvenience.

This Kroger continues to be the worst one. Employees are great, but it desperately needs a remodel.
They have recently added slot machines which have made it even worse. I live maybe 4 minutes with traffic from this location and will not be shopping here until the gambling machines are gone.

I wish this Kroger was better in every way. Management here is clearly dropping the ball.

Worse customer service and experience ever! I went to this kroger on 6/10/2024 and shopped as normal. Began checking out and started checking out the employee asks me in the middle you should go to the self scanning register and politely told thanks but no thanks and continued to purchase my items the whole time she is watching me no other customers doesn't bother me until she says you know you need to ring that up twice in which in fact already did. Insinuating that I was attempting to steal after I showed her the screen and I asked her what are displaying Jessie and if this is the case would you like to do it. She then proceed to get smart and say I can. Continuously asking me did I scan this and racial profiling me but this is the kicker she goes to get another young lady Erin and have her to try to over shadow. It literally took everything in me not to leave everything there and not spend on dime with this store or company ever again. If my child summer camp was not in need of the items I was purchasing at the time I would have literally made them refund every item how livid I was. O then Jessie has Erin check my receipt for every item that was on my receipt every item she even put paid stickers on them and still checked. Over $100 and I say excuse me you didn't check not one other persons receipt. Her explanation I have to check every so often do or you have to check a black woman's receipt? Kroger will not get a dime of my money again and I will be reporting to the better business bureau! You do not treat people inhuman and outright disrespectful and embrassing!

The deletion of the olive and cheese bar was not a good move, the limited selection and display of cheese as you walk in the door doesn’t seem sanitary when subjected to numerous people entering. Sushi hardly has the selection the cheese once did and now it doesn’t make sense to shop there when the one self serve feature lacks quantity and quality.

I want to do a HUGE shout out to two extraordinary employees at Kroger Whitlock-- EDWARD AND JESSIE. I love the culture of honesty in this store and it's leadership. I forgot my purse and Edward returned it to customer service and Jessie kept it safe. You guys are an amazing team. Thank you Kroger Whitlock for having SUCH great employees

Not sure who does quality control or inventory at this specific Kroger. I always have to check the dates on the items I buy because they are always expired.
Bought the vegobear gummy’s and guess what they expired February 2024, this is horrible.

This used to be my go-to Kroger as I only live about 10 minutes away. Lately, they have been slowly losing my business, with a recent delivery order being the last straw. For the past few months, whenever I go in to shop the ad, they are sold out of at least 1/2 the items I need/want from the ad. Why this store isn't prepared for sale items is beyond me. On Monday April 22, 2024, I placed a delivery order through Kroger shoppers and Kroger delivery (not instacart). Shocker shocker, my whole order couldn't be fulfilled. Ordered chicken breasts, out of stock, no replacement? Or too lazy to look? I'll go with the latter. Ordered cucumbers, out of stock, again, no replacement? Same with frozen biscuits when I know they have a whole aisle of them. Then comes the best part, a 100% MOLDY red onion. Are. You. Kidding. Me... why is this onion even on the salesfloor let alone getting picked for my delivery order? That was the last straw for me. I sent their location a message with my issue of the moldy onion in my delivery order, still have yet to hear back. Management, get it together and stop letting the lazy teenagers you hire ruin your store. I am done with this Kroger.
The only positive I'll leave for this location: Their check-out employees are always delightful and they recently got new carts. Make of it what you will.

I had been going here for years until a few months ago. It’s really gone downhill and I stopped going entirely when I had a negative interaction with an employee and I’m not even sure what she was going on about or what she was mad about. I either go to Lidl or further down the road to Publix because they’re so much nicer and it’s cleaner.
