Trashy, filthy store. Video gambling garbage that has no business being in this part of town. Unclean and inadequate bathrooms. Opened products everywhere, aisles are not clean.

Abria McDaniel is the best Deli worker I know! She goes above and beyond for all customers:) and I really appreciate my work ethic. She doesnât get complaints by anyone and she has a genuine and empathetic personality. Come visit the deli to see AbriaâŚ. THANKS FOR SHOPPING AT KROGER:)

Been patronizing this store for decades.
Today, I visited the deli department to purchase meat and cheese provisions. No greeting. The associate Abria McDaniel tells me I have to waite the dept is closing down for 10 minutes, during business hours? Itâs 6pm weekly night. Really! Wouldnât say Why. I report this to the manager on duty. He walks over to find out what the problem is, and the associate tells him in front of me that âhe needs to wait.âHe didnât say anything to her about her conduct. I told him/ her that if wasnât for customers she wouldnât have a job. Poorly run store. All their grape produce bags are open to the elements. Lazy. Canât seal them w/ the built in zip?
Apparently whoever walks thru the door is hired. No training. Will not be back. Dump!

I go to Pavilion location often. Realized when I got home today I left a bag at self checkout. I went back with receipt - I live close by, and Joseph in customer service said no one turned it in. He said just go re-pull the items and bring them back up to me, no problem - no charge. Thank You

The mangers and money services members are very racist and discriminative I felt very uncomfortable with the way they treated me .the store needs better management

This review is for the Starbucks located directly inside this Kroger location. This is the 2nd poor experience Iâve had here. The first time, associates were not working but found sitting next to where they were supposed to be working and talking amongst themselves. They did not come up to help me order after asking so I left.
The 2nd time was even worse. This woman pictured here was on her phone for a good 5 minutes before I left. Did not even look up or respond to me asking questions. Not a word. Iâd be surprised if they have sales.
Do not waste your time at this Starbucks location. The employees are paid to scroll their phones all day and donât actually sell coffee.

Horrible customer service. Called the bakery to place an order for a cake. The phone rang for 19 minutes before I finally hung up. Ridiculous.

Bought coconut milk only to get home and realize it expired TWO MONTHS AGO on August 14th (itâs November 17th)
When I came back to the store, manager wouldnât even bother to see me. Iâve been on the fence for a while, but will be going to Kroger from now on. I advise you all do the same, just a few minutes up the street :)

This store has been pretty bad over the years, but it's also convenient. Lately, it has gotten worse. Staff is either rude or just doesn't care. It's dirty or at least appears so. Self checkout here is a pain. I'm tired of dealing with it. Publix gets 100% of my business from now on.

Weâll see how tomorrow goes, but I placed a pickup order early in the day for 6-7 pm. I get a message saying itâs running behind and should be ready around 8. A little annoying, but itâs fine. Itâs a big order. And then, radio silence. No updates, nothing, itâs 10pm now, I called, and when the phone eventually got answered, they just said it wouldnât be filled tonight. If I hadnât called I wouldnât have known that. At the very least have the decency to call me first!!! They told me that I have to call THEM in the morning to get my order. What sense does that make? I get them being understaffed and I feel for the employees, but man, communication is a hell of a thing. So much for dinner tonight.

Picked the first pack of sweet corn cobs off the shelf, got home and opened them and it was all rotten and stunk. Little bits of green mold I didnât see before taking the package since I was in a hurry.
