Picked up food from the deli, and went to check out. Your pin pad froze on me, and then acted as if I selected the cash back option. I did not, and no desire to pay your fee, but it would not allow me to select no as an option. I called the lady over to help with the situation and was trying to explain what had happened, and instead of listening, hit yes, which went through. I told her I didn't want to do that, and she just said "have a good day" and walked off. Absolutely abysmal customer service

I was looking for balloons, the day after valentines day and with Party City closing , it was hard to find pink balloons for my granddaughter’s birthday! Went to this Kroger and Tia was the best! I bought 60 pink balloons and she was very gracious about filling that many balloons in 30 minutes!!
Plus put them in 4 large trash bags so i could get them in my car! Thank you, Tia!!🥰

I have Aetna insurance which requires I go through CVS Pharmacy. I have been trying to transfer my prescriptions from this Kroger to CVS for over two weeks via two different contact methods, but CVS says Kroger still hasn't faxed over my prescriptions. So now I have to call my doctors and get all new prescriptions delivered to another state because I have to go out of town. Rediculous!

The first time I placed an order for pickup, the wait was long and I ultimately had to call the store to get someone to bring my order out, despite having checked in as instructed when I arrived. I tried again tonight, selected a 7-8 pickup window and arrived at 7:55. After waiting for 15 minutes without having seen anyone, I looked up the number and waited a few minutes to connect to someone in the store. It was 8:15. She said she would page someone. At 8:25, I knocked then banged on the pickup area door. There was not a sole in sight to deliver my confirmed order. I called the store back, waited several minutes again to connect to someone and was told pickup closes at 8. I reminded her that I had arrived at 7:55. She was nice but zero help and I wasted 15 minutes ordering plus another 30 minutes waiting and STILL don’t have &$@/! groceries. What a pathetic excuse for service.
If you can’t provide a service, don’t offer it. This is not a complicated concept for the largest grocery chain in the world to grasp. Very frustrated.

They are now an hour and a half late on their order and 30 minutes late on the time when they told me it would be there when they called me. About 8 more cars are here waiting for their food and no one is coming out with food at all.

I came in late and very tried going, I went over to self check out but the lady was mad when I didn’t hear her that it was closed. (deaf due to the army, but I'm not upset by her actions). I had gotten in line and the cashier Justice was super friendly and engaging and helped me utilize my Kroger membership and my gift card super quick and was very helpful. She made recommendations in how to utilize the Kroger app and was phenomenal. Great job Justice!

For a new place, you would think they would have more parking. The store is too big for the parking lot. It's pretty jammed in and inconvenient to get in and out!

The lines are ridiculous. Everytime I come here there's a line going up the aisles. They have about 10 self check out lanes and most of them stay closed.

Kroger Delivery was a horrible experience. I tried to get groceries delivered for my sick family and they delayed it twice (for a total of 4 hours later than the scheduled time). After all that, they canceled the order.

Delivery window of 8-9AM. Called at 11:30AM to understand when the groceries would arrive, spending 20 minutes on various holds. Was finally told the order was coming in 45 minutes. At 1:30pm, we receive a text they cancelled the delivery with no explanation.
In store is no better - half the dairy products you pick up on the shelf here are expired.

lack of respect for the customer!!! You make a purchase to pick up and when you get to the pick up location, you check in, you wait for approximately 30 minutes, I called the center, and they said that an employee was coming, I waited and nothing, so I went into the store to check and right away I was poorly attended to and they told me that pick up orders were closed, so I went to customer service and it was also closed according to what the store employees reported, for me this is absurd, I don't have a crystal ball to guess this kind of thing and as if the lack of communication wasn't enough, the store employees get irritated because I want to claim my rights, lousy service!!!

I never had a problem when doing instacart except for today Tuesday Dec. 17 at 6:02pm with the young lady at register 9, who carelessly ignored my suggestion to separate my 2 orders. She simply said ok with attitude and bagged 2 orders in one. Thanks for wasting my time
