Five stars for your deli dept. I come here specifically because of Mr. Bill. I have a Publix half the distance to my house, but it is a joy to get deli goods here when Mr. Bill is working so I drive just a bit farther. I wish all employees were just as personable.

Beware when purchasing gift cards at this Kroger location. I purchased a $35 Starbucks gift card at this Kroger over a week ago as a gift and found it has nothing on it, no balance. I am going through great pains to get this reimbursed by Kroger, even though I have all the necessary receipts and backup, and still is not resolved. Not sure what's going on there, but beware.

I don't know why they don't close. There is no breaded chicken or anything made to take away at the time. Also the staff with a bad attitude. I asked at checkout 12 for an item and they didn't even do the courtesy of asking the store if they could help me. A disaster. I have to go to another store further away that has everything they deal with.

The flowers are amazing best flowers in town best food so much good organic healthy delicious foods and good pharmacy good lotto counter good staff our whole family go to this krogers they're so nice helpful caring happy so clean fresh so many good choices in all areas you need and the new manager good so good every one there is so good 1 .

Have been going to this Kroger for 20 years and have seen it continuously go down hill the last few years. But I have reached my limit. Don't know who thought it was a good idea to put displays everywhere. It is like navigating a maze. I quit buying produce and meat there due to the low quality. Always out of stock on items. Deli service keeps getting worse. Can't keep employees so never anyone to check you out or bag your groceries. I will have to drive farther but Publix will get my business from now on

I'm getting tired of waiting on self checkout attendants to check the video on my register of me pulling my money and credit cards out of my pocket to pay. Either you trust us to do the job of cashier or you close SC and use real cashier's.
Also, your main aisles could use less blockages in them. The store feels crowded and cramped.

Kroger was good today, aside from not having one of the main things I went for (as usual).
And then I got held up in self checkout until security footage on the register could be reviewed, because I put my Kroger Plus card in my pocket while running my credit card. 🙄🙄🙄
If you're only going to have like two available cashiers and six of your 10 self checkouts available, don't make me wait even longer because you have to scan your security footage because you don't trust us to check ourselves out after making us check ourselves out.

Clean store and very courteous staff. One employee walked me over to the other side of the store for the product I was looking for! That kind of service is almost unheard of these days!

I like Kroger. The store always has items I need, especially yellow grits and small 12 oz bottles of Seagrams ginger ale. They were $4 with my Kroger card.

I had a pick up order and waited for a bit and still didn’t have my order. I asked the girl who was out delivering the orders when I would get my order and she said it would be another 20 minutes. She was very nice about it and explained that she was the only one working the pick up orders through the entire store. She did a great job at getting my order for me despite being the only one working. Only reason i’m giving 4 stars is because the store needs to hire more people to do the pick up orders so something like this doesn’t happen again! poor girl was breaking her back trying to get these orders out.

Vegetables net bag(Certain produce doesn't remain fresh well).
Please remove low quality products including medicine.
Keep good quality of beauty, shampoo products.
Travel items are available in GOOD quality in this store.

Only gave it two stars because they had everything I needed. I’ve had several bad experiences here and never made a review well here’s one. It was a lady who worked the self checkout line around 2:10 pm Thursday august 8th
I called for assistance as well as another customer after I had already been waiting 4 mins for someone to come help. I told her I had been waiting she laughed and took the other lady instead while they joked about it thereafter. This will be my last time coming to this location. If the workers aren’t rude it’s the food being rotten ! I asked the guy in the seafood department to cut the skin off my salmon he cut the entire fish ! Also charged me before he cut the skin off which was $15 just for a butchered salmon !!!no way
