Tina Marie at Guest Care and her supervisor were both extremely unhelpful with processing a return. I was trying to return a bottle of medicine which was purchased with a broken seal. Even though I had a receipt, Tina Marie would not process the return and said there was nothing she could do. Thankfully, I called the Kroger corporate customer service and they offered me a store credit.

On 10/2/2024 closing shifts were locked like they don’t value the customer especially lady in self checkout.

It was the worst experience. One of the cashiers wouldn’t listen to us and kept shaking her head, as if mocking us.
I was trying to buy a $5 promotion with four bottles of beer. I saw some empty beer boxes nearby, so I used one to carry the beer. However, she completely ignored me. Even a woman behind me in line said she couldn’t understand why the cashier was acting that way. Instead of helping, the cashier sneered and started talking to another manager.
I found her behavior very rude, and it felt like she was ignoring me because I’m a foreigner or of a different race. Please remind her to treat all customers with respect.

Visited around 7:15 am on 10/16/24. Asked where the greeting cards were and the associate grumbled as she told me. I get it, going to work sucks, but people may ask you questIons at your job, especially when every store is laid out different from store to store. Went to check out, but one problem, we were trying to purchase a few hundred dollars worth of gift cards for Bosses Day, and only self checkout was available till 8 am. So, as you’d figure there were a few hiccups with a few of the gift cards (it happens). However, the associate was not just rude but totally aloof and un-self-aware. While attempting to help us out, which she didn’t, we had to figure out things on our own, she got sidetracked, and was muttering about how she lost her phone as she wandered off. Another associate, but this one was even more disgruntled, not wearing any uniform or name tag, all dressed in black, and we find out later is “off the clock,” claimed that we “ruined her day”. 1) if you’re not clocked in, maybe you ought not be on the floor working in any capacity 2) this all could have been avoided if you had a register with a human open or any presence of quality management before 8 am. If you don’t have enough people to help the customers out and there’s such a management deficiency, why be open this early? On a side note, as we were leaving, another customer was asking if anyone had seen a phone she may have just left behind and they were so rude to her and couldn’t care less. This store lacks good leadership.

This is the worst Kroger I’ve ever visited, and I always regret coming here. The produce is consistently terrible, there are many expired items, the selection is poor, and I always have to bag my own groceries. Just a poor shopping experience all around. I would rather pay more at the Publix down the street than shop here again.

The closing ladies are extremely rude. Witnessed them being rude to a mom who needed medicine for a sick child right before close. They are always sighing and making rude comments. Tina is the only nice employee at night.

The friendliest Kroger I have ever shopped in. Great people, welcoming most all greet you with a smile, particularly the deli ladies like Jenna an Mizifere. Only drawback: Dang displays crowding the aisles. Ridiculous.

Store management issues. An item was priced incorrectly today at checkout and the manager said there are hundreds of items throughout the store that are priced incorrectly and it's up to the customer to make sure the items barcode matches the barcode where it is stocked. The manager said it's not his job to quality check stocked items and refused to fix the issue. Well done sir, well done!

I had the worst experience with Julia/Julie (her name tag was half way covered) at the customer service desk on 02/09 around 1pm.
I went to submit a payment but she quickly turn me away and said,”we do not accept any barcode to scan and that we need an actual statement.” I explained that I was just there a week ago and another older lady helped me and she scanned the barcode and all the details came up! Julie/Julia repeated again and I ask to speak with another manager and she said she was the front manger here and that I must be the one that is confuse because this Kroger does not take in barcodes to scan.
Other customer started to give their opinion and because I didn’t want to make a scene I left. This is the worst customer experience I ever confronted and she was not gonna help me or even try to. She could have simply say I don’t know let me call someone else to help me.

Lived nearby and visited more 100 times. Today I almost ousted by a staff whose name begins with letter A.At checkout my family member wanted to use his UCard, she tried once and didn't work. Then she claimed that we cannot use the card in a very rude attitude. I asked to talk to a supervisor, and she claimed that she was the current supervisor in store. What's even more outrageous is that when I turned to another staff for help, she simply told the staff not to help me with a disdainful eyesight, which means that "don't further scramble, just get out of the store".
