Kw is a very rude person. He Insulted me in front of other customers. My husband and I have dealt with him for a few years when he fixed our cars, even sending our family to him but kw was very unprofessional by what he has said to me and my father and also to another relative. Nobody.....and I mean NOBODY touches my 1992 Volvo 240 Wagon (Great White the shark) but KW Imports. Not ever gonna happen. He's the best there is.

I've been using KW is my mechanic for years. He is the best!!! he probably wouldn't like me saying this but he works on other things than Volvos. The wife and I had a Volvo, gave it to our oldest! We still have a van a car, and a Truck! He works on those as well
