My wife went there 4 times in past week before they could find her order, looks like employees here have no respect for people’s time and don’t want to lift a finger to help patients. Could have given 0 star.

Had an appointment at 11:45 and they couldn’t find my req so I called the dr and waited. When they didn’t come through I left to get the physical req from the doctors office. I returned at 12:28 and they had locked the door for lunch. Pretty awful customer service.

This is a very easy lab to use. It’s convenient and in my experience quick. If I don’t make an appointment- which I never do - I need to wait but obviously that’s expected. Your name is in the board so you know how much longer to expect. Staff is efficient with a great process. I have brought my kids for their labs and every single time the staff is kind and patient with them. Id choose here every time for my kids labs and have been multiple times for myself as well. Thanks!!

They start lunch alot earlier than posted. Online clearly says they take lunch from 12:30-1:30 not 11:50 to 2pm I was turned around before noon and told to come back after 1:30 , I drove a hour to get here now I’m waiting in the parking lot for 2 hours . Very unprofessional staff

THEY DID THE WRONG TEST ON MY ONE YEAR OLD!!! I can't even find the words to express how angry and disgusted I am at this place. I was supposed to get a CBC taken on my one-year-old... Which you can only imagine how traumatic that was for her and her parents. Well, we kept waiting for the results and finally looked back at the receipt and saw that they had coded the wrong test and never actually ran a CBC as the doctor ordered. I confirmed with the doctor that the order said CBC... so it was clearly a LabCorp mistake. I am absolutely disgusted that they would lose a one year-old blood test order. That is incredibly traumatic to make her have to do this twice because of stupid human error. And the best part is there is no phone number to actually talk with a human there.
My insurance forced me to use LabCorp for the blood test... I will be changing my insurance purely because of how horrific this was

Appointments made online are not really honored. I had an 8:30 am appointment and checked in 20 minutes early. I waited 45 minutes to be called in. My name was at the top of their computer queue list but they still called walk in's ahead of me. Their tech got me out in about 5 minutes but my overall experience was extremely poor

If you’re a very difficult stick with bad veins due to repeated infusions, labwork, etc, this LabCorp location (Church St) is your place! After my GI & hematologist began needing multiple sticks just to draw blood, they sent me here. 2/2 these phlebotomists got it on the first try with a butterfly. Yes, I’m afraid of needles but I actually smiled after both experiences. Thankful to have found you guys!

Failed to do one of tests that Dr had sent to them. Been waiting & trying to contact them by phone & website. Got no response. Went to office & was told they couldn’t help me get my results. I had to try the options that had not responded to me. I finally said just repeat the test. Suddenly they can check on it. Test not done. They don’t know why. Give them all my info to proceed. Then they call me up & say they don’t do that test I have to have done at doctors office. Would have been nice to know that 3 weeks ago.

So, I make an appointment, confirmation text. Text again to let them know I’m here, after a lot of time has gone by I go inside-they are closed. I will never use this company again!

I came here for a hair sample collection and analysis. I was seen quickly without an appointment, which was nice. Everyone I interacted with seemed indifferent and like they didn't want to be there.I get it people want to go home and it's friday... no biggie. I went back with Paul to get my sample taken and sat quietly waiting. Long story short, he grabbed a pretty good chunk of my hair, twisted it by holding it, and walking around my chair 3 times. It wasn't exactly a considerate or comfortable experience in the slightest. He then proceeded to take a considerable chunk of hair from me. It left a very noticeable bald spot kind of chunk.He definitely could have taken multiple small samples from different areas, but he obviously did not care at all. It is very frustrating to see such a lack of concern for their client comfort and experience. Being considerate isn't hard or time-consuming.
