Rates suddenly went through the roof even with a clean driving record. I cancelled my policy and went elsewhere. Months later I was put in collections for a non payment to allstate for the billable month AFTER I cancelled the policy. All done through this office...

Scammers! Canceled a policy with them and they didn’t officially cancel until 2 months later. The agent don’t know what they’re doing. Some workers also do not know how to talk to customers at all. Go to statefarm or anywhere else

Great customer service when purchasing our home. April was quick to respond to us and our mortgage company. She also helped us to correct a mistake created by the mortgage company at closing and processed a refund payment very quickly!
