love this place for kid gifts and learning aids. they have good stuff. A tad high but for retail store bs paying delivery online, it is the same cost for me.

I’m thankful to still have Learning Express within our community, as it’s usually a place I can go pick up a unique birthday gift for my child or other birthdays we’re celebrating. We love the complimentary gift wrap and customization, however, the customer experience has diminished a bit and gives me second thoughts on going back. There was no greeting when entering the store and no one asked if we needed help, which we could’ve used. After buying a couple of gifts I needed birthday cards and purchased those separately. My receipt was tossed at me rather than placed in my hand. I thought that was odd and so I said something. My disposition…It’s still the little things that gets the sell. If there is a next time, I hope it will be a more enjoyable experience.

Wonderful store. Found unique gifts my daughter was looking for with ease. Was able to get them wrapped in minutes and even had birthday specific goodies.

The level of customer service is AMAZING! Sometimes they are very busy, so you don't want to "pop in" right before the birthday party you're headed to if you want the complimentary gift wrap.

It has really become a cheap, throw-away toy store, they try little if at all to get novel or educational toys. They also don’t provide the level of service that would be expected from the “small business” toy store that they purport to be. They’ve certainly declined in their customer service and product offerings in the past 2-3 years. Disappointing and going to be hard for them to compete long term if they can’t get their identity struggle worked out.
