Moreover, she thoughtfully explained my options, worked towards and arrived at a solution that satisfied my expectations. I highly recommend Life Storage based on my experience with Mallory!

Spoke with Lauren today and she showed us her vacant storage spaces she had available. She was very nice and although we did not end up with a space, she helped us look for other spaces that would better fit with our liking.

The storage building I used was a 3-story climate-controlled facility. It is clean and well maintained. The elevators were never out...the dollies for moving items in and out were plentiful and in good working order. I really liked Lauren (the facility manager). She is a very pleasant, helpful person. She represents Life Storage in a positive way. My overall experience was above expectation.

Decent place, just a bit shady with the pricing initially. I got a unit for $110, climate controlled. They put me with the higher cost insurance without asking me. Brought me to 144. Then increased the price a few months later. So I was paying 154 to store my stuff. Ridiculous. My new unit is much less expensive and Lauren (same location) actually explained things to me about there being a price increase after 3 or 6 months (they should tell you that ahead of time), and got me switched into a unit that makes better sense. Honestly, I would have moved to a different company but switching units was more convenient.
