Process was smooth. Paid and signed on line on their website. Staff had the unit ready for me on time. Lock was provided however you do pay $19.99 for the lock when signing up for unit. Best prices I could find. Unit was clean and staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Life Storage!!

The office staff was so nice a helpful I really appreciate it their personality was the reason for me coming into rent my storage. The property is nice, clean and very convenient to my home.
