L&M Frames staff did a great job on recommending mats and frames for three paintings of birds we wanted to group for our dining room. They called to suggest a different style wood for the frame when there was a delivery issue for our first choice. The end result is spectacular! They also reframed a family photo collage and it too is beautiful. This shop is on the pricey side but the quality of the work is outstanding. We will go back for special picture frames.

LM offers a wonderful and diverse gallery full of local art. We have bought several original pieces from Christophe and the LM team. It’s too much fun browsing their new collections. The framing services are top-shelf and of the highest quality. It is important to support local artist and this gallery is a hidden gem.

LM is the best place in East Cobb for all your framing needs. Christophe has wonderful suggestions on matt/frame combinations that really make the art pop! I have been thrilled with all of the concert posters I have had custom framed at this shop. And the customer service is so great -- and rare it seems these days. Christophe had given me a 3-week estimate for my latest project, which was framing 3 prints. But when I called only 2 weeks later to check-in on the progress to see if any of the 3 were complete, he got all 3 posters framed the next day; just in time for a dinner party we were hosting. Big thanks for such great service.

The owner was very friendly and was patient with assisting me to pick out a great frame. However, he set the expectation that my painting would be ready in 2 weeks. I was very disappointed when my painting was not ready until 7 weeks later. The Painting turned out great but it would have been nice to have been offered a discount rather than just an apology.
