Oh my gosh this is the best Loft location I have been to. The customer service is impeccable. Rachel was so helpful and sweet and cheerful. The team absolutely made my day. I usually do not leave reviews, but having that great of an experience and wonderful customer service deserves any recognition I can give!

Excellent customer service. I had an online mail order, that I needed to return and get a refund. The moment I walked into the Loft. I was greeted by an associate. And I explained why I was there and this associate informed me that it'll be okay and within 5 minutes I was out of the store along with my refund receipt.

I went into the loft to find a pair of shoes and bought 170 something dollars worth of clothes. The ladies working there are so phenomenal. I would shop at the store all the time just because of the customer service. Wonderful, Awesome, Amazing women. And the clothes are Super Cute.

I occasionally walk through the store looking for bargainsI found some casual pants that were on a great sale. They were regularly $69, but with the sale I paid $20 for each pair. The sales staff are very helpful. Well worth the time going there.

The store staff is friendly and accommodating. The store is kept well and easy to shop. If they don't have your size, they are willing to locate it or have it shipped to your home. It's a pleasure to shop there.

Even though proper social distancing measures were in place, the store still allowed customers to try on items and visited the fitting rooms frequently to make sure everyone was alright. They also disinfected items before putting them back on the rack, a safety measure I was greatly appreciative of.

The customer service today 5/3/21 was horrible. You literally had to beg for assistance. They should check on you regularly while in the fitting room to see if you need a change of size. Especially, when only two customers are in the store.I have been shopping at this location for awhile and it has never been this way. This will deter customers from shopping at this location. It’s a shame.

This Loft has really gone downhill. It was never great, but the customer service seems to have gotten even worse if that is possible. The sales people don't speak and act extremely pretentious. I had to beg someone to check me out, and when they finally did they acted like they were doing me a favor. The one consistency with this particular Loft store is the horrible customer service.
