"Bunkhouse Chic" describes the décor, favoring decorative cowboy boots, longhorn cattle heads, and similar icons of the Western aesthetic. The Caesar salad, although a bit over-chilled, is a good starter. Steaks come cooked as ordered, and only the flatiron is marinated to boost flavor.
