The overall atmosphere is described as steady and never overcrowded, providing a pleasant shopping experience. Customers appreciate the ample parking available. One notable highlight is Johnny's Pizza, which is praised for its authentic New York-style offerings. The Firestone auto service center located within the mall is also well-regarded for its quality work. Notably, one customer had an exceptionally positive experience at a particular store within the market, describing the manager and staff as exceptionally welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with holiday shopping and decorations. This store, referred to as "OTP" by the customer's family, seems to have left a lasting impression and is highly recommended. Excellent selection of businesses. Got more than I needed. Glad the Big Lots is still open too.

Visited The 981 Tea Shop Brand new as on 11/1/2025 Upscale tea/gift shop. Owner is creative, merchandise is reasonable and location next to Book Exchange is convenient. Try shopping there and take your friends.
