The flow of the stories is chaotic. Some aisles you can barely walk down. It's like packing a flea market inside of a store. They do have good products though

i loved this store! offers a variety of items, all at a good price. the store is peaceful and well kept and employees are very kind. my cashier- abigail, was very kind and helped me checkout stress free! tell her to keep it up. overall, i will be coming back to this store! love it!

Poorly trained cashiers with bad attitude. We were returning 7 items in two different e-receipts , our cashier (#1040 short young female with curly hair) got annoyed at us because we didn’t have paper receipt . Then she kept saying that the items were not in the e-receipts that we showed her, we had to ask for the manager and the manager was able to show her that all the items were there. Then, the cashier’s lie and said that we never showed her both receipts but we did. Instead of owning her incompetence, she rather called us liars. My pregnant wife was getting upset and told her in front of the manager that we did shower both receipts and she wasn’t capable to read them. Bottom line, managers should hire cashiers with better attitude and provide them with better training.

My wife and child were shopping in the store when our two-year-old son was deciding which toy car to purchase. As part of his decision-making process, he placed three cars on the floor to compare them. While he was still making his choice, an employee approached and began putting the toys back on the shelf. My wife politely asked the employee to leave the toys where they were so that our son could finish choosing.
Shortly after, the employee reported the situation to a manager, who then approached us and stated that placing the toys on the floor was a safety hazard. My wife explained that our son is only two years old and was simply trying to pick a toy to buy. Unfortunately, their handling of the situation resulted in us deciding to take our business elsewhere.
We always ensure that we pick up after ourselves, so this was never about leaving a mess—it was simply about allowing a young child the opportunity to make a thoughtful decision on a purchase.

Female employee, 6:42pm, Nov 3 2024.. trash talking politicians and creating a toxic environment in the store near the checkout. Not a great look on this Marshalls location.

This store has great associates and is always kept up and in order. They have longtime employees like Adelle whos is always pleasant and professional. Another employee has really displayed a great professional attitude named Juana R. We really like this store because of wonderful employees like these two. you are both awesome!!
