This is the third service in a row where the inside of my car was not vacuumed, yet there is supposed to be a complimentary car wash and vacuum with the service. One of the reasons I purchased a Mercedes is that I knew someone who brought his car to dealership for a complimentary wash every Saturday. After I purchased mine, I was told that service is no longer provided. Meanwhile, I don’t even get the one that is supposed to be provided in service. Someone should be checking before the cars are brought upstairs. The car was also left running and I was handed the key and told it was ready but I was waiting for information from the sales team for 15-30 minutes unaware that the car was running. Service staff and Sales Team upstairs were great.

We have used MB Marietta for 10-years. We moved here from Anchorage, Alaska and have owned Mercedes vehicles for 20-years. MB Marietta exudes professionalism and courtesy. Even during Covid they went above and beyond to ensure safety protocols were followed. We purchased one vehicle from them and maintained three. Never had an issue!

I woke up on a Saturday morning with a flat tire on my 2022 A220, with which I had a tire and wheel warranty. The dealer answered my call with a human, and got me an appointment that morning. Christian, my service advisor, was very competent and was a good communicator. My only disappointment was that the company that services the tire and wheel warranty (that I had purchased at a different dealer) was not available on Saturday to approve the work, so I had to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. But the tire was changed quickly and I was back on the road, so the dealerships performance was five-star

Ahmed was, as always, professional and amazing. The service center is outstanding and the people who work there are even better. They are upfront, honest and provide fantastic service. We will continue to use them for as long as we own a Mercedes.

Actually I didn’t use Marietta MB recently as I had planned. While I can rely on them for correct 4 Wheel Alignment on my GL450, I’ve found a much more affordable alternative. Weaver Brake and Alignment is friendly and competent, even with exotic European cars. I saved over 50% by using Weaver!
