Service department is incredibly slow. I waited 8 hours just to have four tires replaced! Employees are not friendly to customers.

I made an appointment to have my washer fluid checked since I noticed it was empty a few days post filling and was given a date. I sent a family member with the car and was advised that it would take 4 hrs and no loaner. How disappointing that this is their process. I asked for the service manager and expressed the fact that they should alert customers to the waiting period and the fact that they don't have loaners. He basically said this is our process and there's nothing we can do about it. That's what horrible service is like... I asked for the GM' name and he refused to give it to me until I finally went bonkers!

I strongly suggest you to have your car serviced other than this place. I took no problem car into this place for simple routine service "A" and and replacement of windshield but it came out with a issue. When I asked them to check the problem they said it will be diagnostic charge as well as repair cost whatever it would be again. It made me not happy but I could except. The most upsetting mater was ignorance of the service advisor. I called few times, left messages and sent texts. I finally got his response after two weeks. Even that was after I called service manager!!! Surely the problem hasn't solved yet because I decide not to deal with the service advisor anymore. People in that place, of course including the man called a service advisor, were very defensive and saw no effort to understand customer's points. Don't you think the attitude is the base of any service?

I wish I could give NO stars. This is the worst service center I've ever dealt with. They misdiagnosed an issue I was having with my vehicle. Luckily, I took it somewhere else for another opinion and got it repaired properly.

Easy online appointment scheduling and great communication during the service process.

I decided to switch over to Mercedes just about a year ago. I always admire the high-quality standards Mercedes have to offer. I have had a challenging experience with the service since I've gotten my vehicle. The quick back story I've had a message pop up with my car saying, 'Left SRS Malfunction " I took in to get assistance, and the service advisor advised me that they had to order the piece; I gave them about two weeks; I called left a message no callback and called again a few days later still no call. After dealing with this piece that is needed for my car, I went in today, and the service advisor said that the part was defective, and there was no ETA when this piece would arrive, which was so disappointing. This has been the worst experience because the employees act like you're getting on their nerves; say anything that sounds good so you won't ask them more questions. The lack of customer service that I have been receiving has been distasteful. You'll represent the Mercedes brand, and to go through all this hassle and difficulties and the lack of compassion makes me want to trade my car in and go with a different brand. Oh, and they don't give you a loaner or shuttle you home is an issue.

I called this dealership for over 2 hours just to speak with someone. I don't really use them at this point but they sold me one past current new "lemon" car and eventually took it back for another new one and then the starter needed replacing after 7 days. Both cars had 25 miles and 44 mikes respectively ! I purchased the navigation map pilot chip for the car but Just lately one feature is missing. I was told to call the Dealer. I wanted to ask questions. I kept calling and calling left a detailed message with service director informing him I called him because NO department is answering. Sales, Service or Parts. He never called back. When I tried one last time late afternoon I spoke with a service advisor and he said we cant check it out you have to buy a new one at $829. My current Garmin map pilot is still working except for traffic info visual legend . He says they are not going to look at I just come in and purchase a new one. I asked since it's been years what are the new features and he said he didn't know call Garmin. But many are bringing in and replacing this chip. But I am talking to a guy who gets kudos for upselling. My take you are advising me I need another newer map pilot and you don't know whats new from an older one? After more checking and calling my current dealership I use found this can be looked at and it's a possible glitch. And I even found the original Garmin map pilot for my model on Amazon for many hundreds cheaper. I have been using people who value service over just a selling volume. Why did I waste my time here! I wish Mercedes would open a real dealership and not have Autonation run it. This is a volume seller not a MB service oriented dealer. The only bright spot here is the receptionist! Very pleasant and concerned. She gets a 5 star!UPDATE: Now a negative 1 rating - The Garmin Map Pilot didn't need replacing for $829!!! There was a change in Sirius and it's free trial. Travel input in the SD chip operates on Satellite. The Sirius travel Input was inadvertently deleted by z Sirius when I renewed after the trial period. Sirius recognized it and I am all set. I can't believe MB Frozan told me to just come in and pay $829 for a new Garmin SD! He used fear - it's going bad - you better replace it now. All selling BS. Don't let this "fake" Mercedes Benz dealer tell you anything. They only want your money Their business model is to just sell and you worry about good service!

After two months still no refund of the remainder of the value on my trade-in. It's ridiculous - no one even answers my emails. Raymond has also failed to send the cancellation paperwork for my Vehicle Protection Plan to SafeGuard for over two months.

I brought a cla 250 on March 16th 2023, I'll call Raymond in the finance department as well as emailed him several times about my tags and other paperwork did not receive a call Simply an email saying I will look into that. Also was promised a full tank of gas and detailing, because supposedly the person with the gas card wasn't present and the detail people had left for the day. I've called also about a hard copy manual I have not received it. I finally called Mercedes corporate number, because I had not received my tags on May 1st, and they expired on April 30th. I called the dealership on May 1st and was told that my tags was mailed out on April 25th, but when Mercedes corporate office called they told them, the tag was mailed out on May 1st. So I had to drive on expired temporary tags for 4 days. This is unacceptable for Mercedes-Benz

Great service. They were able to figure out why my left rear tire kept leaking air despite the fact I just purchased four brand new tires less than six months ago. Needless to say, there was a nail in the tire ????.

If you’re looking to purchase a new Mercedes, I would certainly recommend finding somewhere else. I purchased a brand new Mercedes SUV on lease. As a busy professional, I selected the top tier lease that was supposed to be inclusive of maintenance, tire protection, etc. Now, over a year into the lease, none of the protection seems to be valid. So I’m paying over $1500 a month for a lease that does not hold up to his promise. In addition, I was told the vehicle had record and capabilities in case there was an incident. When I brought the car in to retrieve those records, the service technician was baffled as to how to obtain them. So clearly they aren’t trained on the features that the car supposedly has.Lastly, good luck trying to reach anyone from the service department. Each time I call it takes over 10 minutes for anyone to actually answer. My supposed service technician never had an option on the voice attendance system, so I would have to be transferred. Nevertheless, I never could reach an actual receptionist to get transferred until allowing the call to loop back to the main menu several times and pressing zero until it finally reached someone who would answer. I would always mention the amount of time it took to get through, only to be met with a lackluster response that indicated no one actually care that it always took over 10 minutes to reach someone. When you’re dealing with a luxury vehicle dealership, you want top tier salespeople. But you also expect top-tier service. This particular location has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. And I’ve been a Mercedes owner for over 10 years. I don’t recommend purchasing or servicing a vehicle at this location for these reasons.Be prepared to be caught it astronomical service fees. And clearly even though my lease covers maintenance and repairs, they still try to nickel and dime me although I’m paying over $1500 a month for this lease only because it covers all of the maintenance. It is a complete farce and I will make it clear to all theaters ask to take your business elsewhere.
