Customer Service was the worst I have the confirmation number and proof of the payment on my bank statement. We had to call the customer service line to get it fix. They automatically saw the payment no trouble. Please don't waste your time going here disrespectful people and I was treated unfairly. Never going to this location and hope corporate does something about this disrespect.

I love Metro by T-Mobile as a company but this store is a bad representation. The reps here are rude and do not help you with any issues even if you bought the phone from their store. Do not do business here!

Horrible customer service. They add in features like insurance WITHOUT PERMISSION & over tax accessories unreasonably. Stay away from this store at all cost

I had a great experience changing my service over to Metro. The internet service is $50 and really great and was easy to set up.

Called the store today to get update Info, spoke to John, extremely rude, not knowledgeable. I asked who am I speaking to and he flipped! Not a peoples person and unable to answer any questions to the customer!

Terrible customer service, the guy that appear to be the owner was extremely in a hurry with a bad attitude. Did not make efforts to help us. Seam to be doing me a favor not treating me like a customer. It's a shame for Metro to keep a store in someone's hands like this guy!

I wish I could leave a more formal review and compliment regarding my visit to this location. I believe the customer service rep, Derrick, that assisted me was the kindest, most helpful, funniest person I've encountered in a long time. I came in twice to purchase a phone for my mother for Christmas and he went over and beyond. I remember coming home and telling people I made a new best friend for the amount of time I was in the store. I was greeted and helped quickly. I was listened to and actually helped. I had some horror stories at 2-3 metro locations prior where it seemed no one really wanted to help. Not Derrick! Lol I hope I'm spelling his name right. Give that man a raise, he's awesome. Hopefully I find a way to leave a review through corporate. Sometimes we get too caught up in wanting to negative encounters but I believe good people deserve the recognition. My mother loves her phone by the way.

Customer service is a joke ! I should know. I worked there for years & I still don't know what I was selling. Watching movies all day didn't help....I was also the manager. (That should tell you everything)
