So, I went to get the internet service on the 4th, and I was told I had a month free. Two weeks later, I got a prorated amount added to my phone bill that was due on the 16th. I called customer service, and rudely, the supervisor said there's nothing he could do and to go to the store that I got the device. I called the store to talk to the manager about getting compensated for the amount on my next bill if I did pay it, considering I didn't get a full month. She said there's nothing she could do. I feel like I got played. Make sure you ask about a so-called prorated amount if you decide to get an extra device added because they won't tell you. You're only a sell. Thank me later. They are horrible. The lady who named herself Jasmine would try to sell a free phone for $175 and then add on different items just to make the bill up to $175 by saying that those items are free. And upon returning the items she was extremely rude and misbehaved.

NO I CANT HELP YOU is there number one answer. They were completely in the wrong and we had to get the 1800 company # on the phone to tell these employees how to do their job! Ridiculous, do not go here. They acted like they were in the right and 1800 customer service number literally told them they were wrong.... We literally went to a different store and we were helped IMMEDIATELY in TEN MINUTES NO Problem.

The employees take great care of my needs when it comes to my account and phone service. They always make sure I walk out with a working phone and are very attent to details. Frances and Elsa are amazing. I greatly appreciate the work they do and greatly appreciate how well they work together I will be back again!

A bunch of crooks. How my phone OS crash after an update 5 days after buying the phone but I can not return the phone or even exchange because I put my main number on that device. They told me I am stuck with a phone, that was supposed to be free but ended up costing $130 after they finished with they scams and premium insurance upgrades that wasn't asked for, or buy another phone. I wouldn't trust them unless you are Mexican.Edit: took my phone to a corporate store and got an phone exchange just like that. Plus I did not have to pay this mystery $20 that this store wanted to charge.

I came in here because I was thinking of switching from cricket to metro. The girl working didn't explain anything when I asked about the plans. She seemed very disinterested in helping me and basically just told me I couldn't bring my phone and was out of luck. I'm not against buying a new phone but she never even got off of her chair behind the counter to help. There's another metro location near here, so I'll be going there.

We have always received the best service and help from this location. We were especially grateful after visiting other providers who just tried to sell stuff we didn't need and didn't ask for. Here, our questions, concerns, and needs were met and answered.

Got new phones today for my kids and these guys rock! I consider myself little picky but $150 for 2 of Motorola G Stylus with unlimited internet is somthing! and they setup all my phone for my convenience. This is 5 star service.

it was $100 box with phone with unlimited of everything and even it came with free amazon prime. I don't even have to pay Amazon membership anymore. 2 of sales staff were really helpful. Moved all my contacts and other info to new phone. That was 5 star service.

Stopped in to purchase a phone. didn't have the one I just broke in stock. Asked for what was comparable. Get 10 questions about my account instead and then tells me you have to buy the phone in store so it can be activated. According to this store you cannot activate online anymore. I drive home, get on the website and it says the opposite. So, you get a 1 star rating because you are misinformed or lying to customers so you can keep some kind of money coming from Metro to your store, and because you couldn't answer a simple question about what phone do you have in stock which is comparable to the one I asked you about. This ain't rocket science folks. There are about 6 models out and you have no one else in the store. We are potentially facing 20% unemployment in the coming weeks and you need to be straight with customers and not B.S. them. Will not return. Have been a customer of Metro PCS for nearly 20 years....

I wish I could leave a more formal review and compliment regarding my visit to this location. I believe the customer service rep, Derrick, that assisted me was the kindest, most helpful, funniest person I've encountered in a long time. I came in twice to purchase a phone for my mother for Christmas and he went over and beyond. I remember coming home and telling people I made a new best friend for the amount of time I was in the store. I was greeted and helped quickly. I was listened to and actually helped. I had some horror stories at 2-3 metro locations prior where it seemed no one really wanted to help. Not Derrick! Lol I hope I'm spelling his name right. Give that man a raise, he's awesome. Hopefully I find a way to leave a review through corporate. Sometimes we get too caught up in wanting to negative encounters but I believe good people deserve the recognition. My mother loves her phone by the way.
