I changed from another company to this one and they couldn't even activate an eSIM, they have employees without any experience, the girl had curly hair and the boy with Mexican features, they didn't care at all about leaving me without a cell phone, taking unprofessional attitudes, what a terrible personal service for cleaning.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Metro store today, which left me feeling frustrated and unappreciated as a long-time customer. I walked into the store seeking assistance with purchasing a new phone after mine was damaged earlier in the day. Unfortunately, the only option available was an iPhone 11, which I understood, but it wasn't what I was looking for.
Feeling a bit stranded without GPS, I decided to explore other options and went next door to Cricket. They were willing to assist me but needed my Metro account number and PIN. Understandably, I didn't have this information readily available. Cricket kindly offered to call Metro on my behalf, but Metro directed me back to their store.
Returning to the Metro store, I explained the situation to the staff, hoping for a solution. However, instead of trying to assist me, the employee I spoke with dismissed my concerns without even attempting to verify if there were alternative options available. When I suggested they call 611 on my behalf, as my phone was not functional, they refused, citing company policy.
The lack of empathy and willingness to help was incredibly disrespectful, especially considering my years of loyalty to Metro as a customer. Being left with no choice but to get a new number and leave Metro entirely was a frustrating and inconvenient outcome.
Overall, my experience at the Metro store today was deeply disappointing. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to assist a long-time customer in a time of need is unacceptable. I hope Metro addresses these issues to prevent other customers from experiencing similar frustration and dissatisfaction in the future. I really hope these Girls know that they have the option to find jobs where customer service isn't a necessary and leave a job like this for someone who actually cares.

Refused to upgrade or SELL me a phone! The young lady was very dismissive, just said they don't have access to the system at that location, waved her hand like a wand, and that was it. Forget the upgrade, I'll try a different phone provider, the service on my phone has been terrible anyway. Metro is done! Selling a phone is just switching a SIM card if your paying cash, so wow!

What a disappointment, the girl who is there should have sent her to receive customer service classes. She is very pedantic and poorly spoken. I just went because I changed my line to another cell phone and I wanted to delete everything. She almost answered me in a very bad way. Unfortunately, these companies There are still people incapable of talking to a person who leaves their problems at home, it hurts because it's not free, you pay for all the services.

Terrible service, I went twice, and the girls serve people very poorly, they don't know anything, they are rude and they give you an ugly look. And the truth is I thought it was only with me but there are friends who went and the same thing happened to them. I think girls should change their attitude and be kind.

The guy helps you out but the females constantly disrespect and mistreat their customers. In four different occasions they have done it to my father boyfriend and mom . The girl do speak Spanish but for some reason the discriminate and act like they can’t speak Spanish

Luis always does a great job attending customers! He was very polite and helpful. He explains everything very well and helps you choose the right device for you. If you need a phone come to this store and ask for Luis! 5 stars all around!
