Do not go here the people who work here are liars. I brought a phone from them with in a year and it’s a piece of ish. I went back to get them to fix it and they keep giving me the run around as if they don’t know what to do. All they want to do is sell phones they don’t want to do they job. Never shop here ever they will sell you some bs and lie and say they can’t help you. I called metro pcs and they said that they are lieing and they should have helped. Who ever the store manager is that person must train them to not call they manager because all they keep saying is they not here. I’m gonna call everybody I can to get this place shut down. It is taking from the community instead of providing a service. I hate I got a phone from here

I had a problem with my phone that I had just bought 2 months ago. And instead of helping me she was trying to sell me another phone I explained to her that I just bought the phone it was $600 and I'm not ready to spend any more money I just want to fix the problem. She told me I can go to Best buy she can't do anything for me. She tried to selle another phone and she was playing on her phone the whole time she was talking to me.

don't even bother calling, i've tried calling dozens of times different days from multiple work phones and never had a single call answered even once, absolutely deplorable customer service.

This guy here is a scam artist. I hate they closed all the corporate stores. I came here thinking this was still corporate and that’s the only reason I came and soon as I find out it was an authorized dealer I should have ran. Today I went and the staff treated me poorly. I went to want to get a promotion on a phone and it was for 100 dollars and the girl who helped me said it was for 200 and she had my number from another company.

I stopped in last week for help with a matter and the male manager here was so helpful. I wish I got his name.. I was stressed out, and he helped me. Mann its so hard to fine nice people who care these days. I actually stopped by the location in Spring rd prior to coming here, and didnt receive the same nice comely service. I recommend this metro pcs if youre looking. Period. Thank you. Blessings
