I could complain about some metro stores but I've been in this one a few x and everyone is super helpful and nice. I'm from Portland Oregon and I got to say people are more rude here in general but that store has very nice people it's a pleasure to go into not something I'd normally say.

I recently came into the shop to ask the two young ladies if they could transport my contacts over to my new phone that I purchased and I was charged $20 and told by the two ladies that they couldn't help me. I noticed when I walked in the store that the employees were more concerned with being on their phones then providing good customer service. I left the store feeling like my issue wasn't important. I went over to the store on Roswell rd and the gentleman there put my contacts on my phone in less than 5 minutes.I am not I happy consumer.

There are 2 reps both focused on 1 couple. If a customer is unsure it is the reps job to make them feel welcomed and assist them to make a purchase. However both reps hust assisted this 1 couple. Maybe if i would have looked or walked in speaking spanish.

One dealer just looked up & saw us come in, then looked back down at his phone. Never greeted us. No other customers were there at the time. I can see why. I was gona buy the iPhone 10, but that changed my mind.

This is the only Metro store to go to, they will solve your problems, get you a new phone and treat you right.

Not satisfied with this store one bit. Was told I had 7 days to return my phone if I did not like it - decided I did not like it after 2 days and they would not refund the phone. The screen does not detect touch as easily as my previous phone therefore I have to push the icons multiple times before accessing another screen/app. I do not see what was upgraded and why I'm forced to keep a phone that is hard to work. I'd rather pay more money then have to deal with this bad business!!
