BUYER BEWARE when purchasing from the 2909 Austell Rd, Marietta 30008 location and DO NOT TRUST store associate Maria C! Other negative reviews mention her. Ask them to tell you how much you are being charged and exactly for what BEFORE handing over your credit card. Maria LIED telling me that additional items \\\"came with the price of the phone\\\" but I was charged additional amounts for all of it. I had to return to the store (same day about 30 min later) to demand my money back. I was only given a refund for one item. I could not get back the other $40 that I was overcharged. Maria C said I misunderstood her, but I heard everything she told me loud and clear - it was just all lies and I got played! I do not want the same thing to happen to you! YOU ARE AT RISK IF YOU TRUST THIS STORE or MARIA C!

Arleni & Nallely are the perfect duo (: they know how to treat people with so much kindness. The way they work together and balance each other out was perfect. The moment I walked inside they both greeted me and made me feel welcomed. The store smells AMAZING and it is so clean and organized. Those 2 girls are wonderful!

Had an awesome experience. Walked in and was immediately greeted. Melissa came from the back in less then 3 minutes. When I explained to her how I had somehow made my phone go berserk she smiled and assured me she could fix it. She worked her magic and my phone is perfect now. I will definitely be back to this location because of her great customer service and attitude.

I wish I could leave a more formal review and compliment regarding my visit to this location. I believe the customer service rep, Derrick, that assisted me was the kindest, most helpful, funniest person I've encountered in a long time. I came in twice to purchase a phone for my mother for Christmas and he went over and beyond. I remember coming home and telling people I made a new best friend for the amount of time I was in the store. I was greeted and helped quickly. I was listened to and actually helped. I had some horror stories at 2-3 metro locations prior where it seemed no one really wanted to help. Not Derrick! Lol I hope I'm spelling his name right. Give that man a raise, he's awesome. Hopefully I find a way to leave a review through corporate. Sometimes we get too caught up in wanting to negative encounters but I believe good people deserve the recognition. My mother loves her phone by the way.
