The staff is great here especially LaToya the nurse staffing the Minute Clinic went in for a TB test and she looked at another unrelated issue I had. It's just like an urgent care clinic without the long wait. I highly recommend.

Before I could even get to the back the physicians attitude was already extremely off putting , glad I decided to go else where , & the people who were schedule prior to me shared the same sentiments .Dont know if she’s having a bad day but whoever was there today , definitely shouldn’t be ! I guess thats why she’s here not a real hospital ☹️

Horrible horrible. At the minute clinic nurse practitioner took the money and I clearly said we don’t have health insurance no extra tests needed but she ordered it any way and we got the huge bill.
PLEASE AVOID THIS CLINIC ALL THE TIME.
We will not come and don’t recommend to anybody in this lifetime.
To talk to the the NP, called many many times but they keep putting me on hold .
Again they charged me for nothing on apr 4th we didn’t visited this clinic at all.

The nurse I saw was extremely understanding, kind, and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel judged at all and she made me feel so comfortable. Extremely grateful to her for her help. Thanks so much!!

NP Sarah was so nice. She gave me plenty of time and attention and was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Minute Clinic. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

There is a very good reason why the rating is 2.2 I got off of work at 4:30. It is now 630. Even though I have confirmation of my appointment today, I was told by the nurse practitioner Alyssa that she is not able to see my appointment in the system. She told me she would see me after the three patients waiting ahead of me. I applied and waited two hours. And then two more guest, who also had appointment showed up, And again they decided to take them instead of me. Even though I also have an appointment. Being a provider myself, this is beyond unprofessional. I would never step foot here again.

I had a good experience here with being seen promptly. However, I do not understand the lab results from the health dashboard. Trying to get through to someone to ask seems impossible. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried reaching someone and gave up at the lengthy hold time of 45+ minutes!!

Avoid this location! Showed up on time for a 5:40 appt and checked in, only to wait 45 min before leaving without anyone as much as acknowledging I was there. Poor service and no respect for people’s time. Message to CVS: if you can’t keep up with your appts then don’t schedule them so closely together. This is just pure revenue without regard to the care or health of the patient.

So my job sent me here and the Nurse Practitioner Refused to see me without an appointment- I found them online as a designated walk in clinic - but she clearly told me they don't take walk ins - after calling CVS minute clinics (because I thought I went to the wrong location) they told me that this WAS a designated walk in clinic and if there are there with no patients they should see you. Got there at 7:00, at 7:10 I was told no without an appointment as the last patient was leaving and I don't know if 20 minutes left on the clock means pack up and leave no matter if someone is asking for a visit or not......and after CVS tried calling her for 12 minutes she finally picked up and told them she could talk to me but couldn't treat me.
That was around 7:26
I in no way at this point want this lady to treat me anyways, since she clearly doesn't care about people and can't do her job. I just thought I was at the wrong place and was looking for the advertised DESIGNATED WALK IN CLINIC.
The Minute clinic Phone Service said they could help me find another minute clinic and said to say something to the store manager- I did on the way out but she didn't know what to do about it either. She just looked confused.
Then CVS minute clinic representative then said she couldn't do a "formal" complaint because I didn't have an appointment, but she was so sorry.. I'm just laughing at this point (barely, because I'm pretty sick- but definitely laughing) Customer service and caring about others really is a thing of the past and is a complete JOKE with these large companies.
I know there is no point in writing this since she will lie if asked about it- like she did to the phone service. So I'm hoping that the person reading this will just go somewhere else- where they actually care about people and want to do their jobs.
GL out there!
Support small businesses- and steer clear of this Nurse Practitioner.

Alyson Lane, FNP, attempted to remove the staples from my son's head. She imbedded them deeper, causing him to go to another clinic to cut them out and remove them, then put them back in to start all over. He had to wait another 10 days to have them removed by a PROFESSIONAL. Tried to contact customer service to no avail, and they had the nerve to CHARGE him for it! I cannot give no stars or I would. One is way too much for this farce of a medical facility. NEVER AGAIN
