ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! let's start with this branch's convenient location to downtown Marietta. I need a form notarizes and was aware that BOA provides this service for members. I entered this location as it quite beautifully done however was greeted or rather ignored by the person they had assigned as the greeter. she clearly had an issue with black peopl as she tried her best to ignore me and not interact. I politely asked if their notary services were available today and she reluctantly said yes. Mind you she seemed to be of Arabic or Muslim decent. I had no issue with that. the issue at hand was her unwillingness to help me. I had one form which literally took a notary at the The UPS store less than 37 seconds to evaluate and sign. the Bank of America saw the urgency I had and blandly offered me an appointment later that day when there were literally ONLY 2 customers inside at the time. if Bank of America doesn't actually provide polite customer service then just keep the doors closed. absolutely ridiculous.

My wife and I had to conduct some significant transactions regarding our accounts. Our appointment was on time and the staff members working with us were great. Appreciated the water during our appointment as well. Service and experience was better than I experienced at other branches.

This Bank of America branch has been awful. They have been closed more than open. After trying for days to find it open, I called to get an appointment to get into my safety deposit box. Upon arriving to my appointment, I was informed that I didn't have an appointment because I wasn't on the "list". Only after insisting that I did and waiting for over 25 minutes, was I allowed in the building. I am closing my safety deposit box as it is so inconvenient to get into. The branch has changes its hours of operation too often giving it no advantage over an online bank whatsoever. I'd change banks in a heart beat if it wasn't such a pain to do so. It is customer NO service at this bank.

Horrible service. I live less than a mile from here, but I would rather travel any distance to avoid this branch! Every time I've attempted to cash a check it's a problem, but they assure me if I open an account with them it would not be.... hmmm! I would quit my job to work for a different company whose payroll checks are from a different company if I could!

I give this place 2 stars for the convenience of the location and ample parking. I've been here many times and it's the same each time. Fast teller service, beyond slow customer service (when you need to speak with a "banker"). There are literally more employees and customers but it generally takes 20 to 30 minutes just to speak to someone. As a point of reference, Wells Fargo generally has several "bankers" available at all times. This type of wait would be expected during peak hours but when the branch is empty and the employees and chatting it up, it's very frustrating. Luckily I'm here to close my account...

This is the worst BOA I have ever been to. Actually ALL BOA branches are horrible. They treat their own customers like they are doing them a favor. Hello......if MY money wasn't in your bank YOU wouldn't have a job. Well hopefully you won't much longer because after I got nothing but attitude from the branch manager I closed my account. They don't even honor their own customer's checks. When I write someone a check and you charge them a fee because they don't have an account. HELLO, that is MY money. You did nothing to earn it. When you see this bank keep on driving by. Bank of America you should be ashamed of yourself. No wonder your bank looses business. My advice, go to a credit union. No attitude, glad you are there, don't treat you like a criminal and ALWAYS there to help.

Just stopped by the branch to get paperwork notarized for work when I got in I was greeted by the lady at the front desk. DEANNA who notarized the paperwork was EXTREMELY rude. She asked if I had an account I said the company I work for does and I am getting paperwork notarized for the company. I asked her where to sign and she looked at me blankly and as if I were and idiot and pointed to the paper realizing it was the wrong page and tried to play nice after and commenting on my purse. Rude!

This is probably the worst Bank of America location I have ever been to. We went earlier this week and they had no one available on site to notarize paperwork. Apparently they have one notary on staff and she went home before 3pm. Today we made an appointment at 11 and it was scheduled for 30 minutes (11-11:30) and when it was 11:30 and we were never seen we left. They took people as walk ins before us even though they didn't have an appointment because they had been waiting longer. The whole point of being organized and planning ahead to make an appt is so avoid situations like this one. I would highly recommend using a different BOA branch location.

This Bank of America branch is located just one block northeast of Marietta Square on Cherokee St NE. It's in its own standalone brick building sandwiched between the Cobb County government parking deck and Zion Baptist Church of Marietta. This BofA branch is open six days a week (closed Sundays) and offers services such as safe deposit boxes and drive-up tellers. It's got both drive-thru and walk-up ATMs. I like this branch. Both the building and parking lot are nice and spacious, the facilities and ATMs are generally in good condition, the neighborhood is safe, and the bank is easy to get in and out of quickly. Up to five lanes can be used for drive-up teller services. There's only one drive-up ATM and one walk-up ATM. The walk-up ATM is located in front. I've never had any problems with this branch. It has never been crowded when I've gone. This is an A-OK BofA by me.
