“Randy is a expert at his craft! Working with lenders who serviced our previous home purchase (APM), they left us high and dry the day before closing with no explanation and no communication. They ended up trying to manipulate us and our situation by trying to force us to accept terms we were not comfortable accepting.
We were put in touch with Randy on a Friday, and he all but guaranteed we would have our loan submitted to underwriting by Monday to close only a week after our original closing date. Randy stood on business and got us a better rate and lower monthly payment than we originally expected, all while keeping closing cost down. Randy is a true professional and made sure to show up at closing to seal the deal.
