This place doesn't have good service in dealing with people, period. Id say just go somewhere else...you got soooooo many other places to patronize, don't choose this one.

I visited the Marietta location in hopes to find unique items to align with new pieces I purchased somewhere else. However, the fella at the register didn’t bother greeting me nor offered assistance. Seriously not a word or smile! I actually found things that I liked. However? I refuse to purchase from a place where customer service isn’t a concept.

I've purchased kitchen chairs, counter stools, tables, cabinets, mirrors, decor, and a hall stand from Nadeau, and have been happy with the quality of everything I've purchased. This is a great store if you want to find well made, beautiful and unusual pieces at reasonable prices.

I live in the area so my friend and I thought we'd stop by and check this place out. Everything looked like low-quality junk to us. The vibe is similar to World Market with much heftier price tags. Not impressed.

Everything is so overpriced. I’m an anti-collector and sometimes reseller. These things in here are pretty awesome but everything is on average 75 to 80% higher than what it should be pricewise.

Over the course of the last 8 years we've purchased 6 larger furniture pieces from Nadeau at their Johnson Ferry Rd location. They have some unique pieces and we like this about the store. The store has a treasure hunting type of vibe. Their furniture is stacked up in the store and it's all "final sale". Many of the pieces are banged up and scratched. Often we found a piece where something was wrong with the item and the store employee would tell us they would give $20, $30, or $40 bucks off and would tell us that it's a great deal and this is a one-of-a-kind piece and if we don't buy it now then we would never see it again. If you stop in the store a few weeks in a row then you'd see it's often the same styles they continue to bring in. My gripe is that the furniture at Nadeau is mediocre quality. The two dressers we bought have no mechanical glides on the drawers - just wood rails that the drawers ride on and over a few years these drawers have become very hard to slide. One of our dressers had powder beetles living in the wood. I went back to the store and said the dresser had powder beetles and they said I could bring it back to the store for inspection and an exchange for the same dresser, but it can't be returned. This store does not allow returns. I never brought the dresser back (it's huge and took three people to move it into the house). I read online that these powder beetles would die. Now it's a couple years later and we don't use the dresser because of the powder beetles. However, I think the beetles finally died because I don't see the little sawdust mounds on the surface any more. No other furniture in our home had powder beetles - just this one Nadeau piece. If looking at Nadeau furniture you need to inspect the piece carefully for tiny little holes on the surfaces (looks like little worm holes). Then look for the little sawdust mounds on the surfaces and in the drawers (this looks like a powder or dust mound). If you see these signs of powder beetles you should not buy the furniture because they can take a couple years to finally die and there is no way to treat the wood to kill the beetles. The other pieces we purchased from Nadeau now have warped doors, poorly fitting drawers, glides that have fallen out, and finishes that are still letting off smelly VOCs. So I'm done with Nadeau. You can have fun treasure hunting there.

Favorite furniture store in all of Atl. Unique pieces you won't find anywhere else. Started shopping at Nadeau over 20 years ago in Ca. Love this company!

HORRIBLE customer service! DO NOT buy here. I purchased an item and before leaving I saw another item that I wanted instead for the same price. I told the sales associates (Heather) about it and she very rudely says that all sales are final and I could not exchange. This was NEVER mentioned at checkout! She says that there are signs everywhere when in fact there was only one that was being blocked buy another sign and completely out of view. I work retail and always tell the customer multiple times that an item is final sale at checkout. It seems as though they don't tell you on purpose. VERY SHADY business. And again, I never left the store with the item!
