The regular service was good but two weeks later my car shut down due to problem with a braking ussue and I had called about a braking issue with these cars due to a recall and was told it was not for my year vehicle. Very displeased to say the leadt the car is only a little ovef a year old!

The service was horrible, the service advisor on the left when you come in were rude and no help. My car was dirty with fingerprints and grease on the hood. I was told the car wash was down a come to find out, the worker was late and they didn’t have anyone to do it. Instead of telling the truth he lied and got caught in it. I will never go to this Acura again

My service advisor was Charles. He was very professional, courteous and helpful explaining the service that needed to be performed on my vehicle. He was very attentive and respectful of my time and the avaliable resources I had for the additional services that my vehicle required. Charles helped me to prioritize my needs and helped me to set up a reasonable schedule for future service. Thank you so much Charles!
