They move extremely slow. What worsens the blow is they never acknowledge ANY of the customers waiting and continue personal side conversations as if all six of us are invisible. This is absurd.

I have had nothing but unpleasant and unfair service with this credit union. Lost my son in law to a terrible accident a week ago and had family try to raise funds for his funeral. One cousin tried to zelle her donation to my acct and Zelle rejected it. Called Navy Federal and they asked me to use my phone number instead of email address and my cousin resent and it went through. Shortly after I got an email from navy federal that they have permanently restricted my account, they shut down everything and refused to give me access to even my own money that was previously in my account. This all happening at the most difficult time of my life. Needless to say I had no access to my money at all. It didn't help that the customer service number I was asked to call, when the supervisor came on line, she was as rude as ever and extremely insensitive. I had to go in to the bank to one of their mgrs who saw and remembered me from last time. They apologized and reopened my account and advised me everything was fine and that zelle made an error. Well a week later my Zelle is still not working and when you call Zelle they say call your bank and you call the bank they say wait for Zelle. As if that was not enough, I got an American Express card with navy federal and yet the first time I go to use it, they declined it, tried to use my debit card and it was declined. It's like every service I try to use from them they make extremely difficult. Last straw was today, when I applied for a car loan and was denied. This is either me having perfect and on time car payments every month for years. Absolutely disappointing and will most likely move my banking experience elsewhere to a different bank.

At the bank and need to do a wire transfer and it's 4 people sitting in their office but only one person is calling people back and it's so many people waiting to be seen. This is ridiculous and the service is horrible. I been waiting for over 30 minutes. The branch Leader and member service representative can see all the people waiting to be seen but they are not helping people or letting people know that they will be help shortly. It's one person working the service line and the line is in the store. I should have went to the NFCU in Brookhaven because their service is a superb! Hands down!

!!!BEWARE!!! This location gave me three counterfeit $100 bills and would not take them back so now I am out $300. Take a look at my photos, one of them literally says "play money" and the others look like real (old style) 100's but they are bleached and flimsy.The worker said their cash machine wasn't working, (likely story) so they had to "hand count" money...what a perfect way for them to pass fake bills.I am currently reporting them to the Secret Service and Treasury.

Horrible customer service by the front desk girl who appeared to barely be 13 years old. We where thinking about switching to navy federal Union but she turned us away after we had walked a 1/4 of a mile with two children under 3 waited 20 minutes for her to talk to the people in front of us and then told us to just go online and set up accounts. We don't want to do that that's why we came to a branch. Just won't be coming to this one ever again.

I don’t know her name but the one lady that works there (one who greet customers) has an attitude problem .I get it , it’s customer service but if you don’t like people then don’t work customer service .Sadly I didn’t get her name but keep in mind you might encounter attitude off rip ? .Edit : went on 5 June and was there around 9:20 AM , so it’s whatever lady was on shift as the first person you talk to .

I’m definitely closing account. I deposited a check with representative here. I specifically ask should I cash it or deposit it due to the fact I have a really important business purchase I need to complete in 2 days. She insured me it would be there. I trusted her cause I love navy federal but I should have known because she had the worst attitude. Two days later I get an email that the bank placed a 5 day hold on my check. Due to this I’ve missed a huge opportunity that I been waiting on for a while. I missed it because I trusted navy federal when I knew I should have just cashed it out. I highly don’t recommend them for important things. The phone rep told me I’m SOL it’s nothing nobody can do. I highly don’t recommend

Oh, Talk About Great Customer Service!...I had important business at the bank & a deadline! But the documentation went to my flooded out Florida address first, before reaching me here in Georgia. By the time I got it, I literally had 4 days to get it done. So, I went to this NFCU branch, was given an appointment to return mid-week, did, they had a power outage, & I wondered if my business there would ever be completed in time. The Staff at this branch was PHENOMENAL. They had to close the branch due to the outage. I'm disabled, didn't have my walker, & my ride would be a minute (Georgia traffic is madness, lol!). The Staff cleared the bank, provided me a chair to sit while I waited inside to be picked-up. They were very pleasant & informative as well. Gina helped me with my business there that day, and the Staff made sure I wasn't left, just standing on the sidewalk. Due to the outage I had to return that Friday. I returned, and Gina helped me efficiently & thoroughly. All of the staff there are WONDERFUL. I especially admired the way their manager dealt with the outage, with her well trained staff. I took names. Why? It says something about a business, when they not only provide a service, but do so in the manner as this group. I'm a member of this bank because my big brother is an Army Disabled Veteran, they even thanked him for his service. Not to forget, my paperwork got in on time & all is well. Thanks again NFCU. Have never waited this long at a Navy Federal ever. There were multiple employees present but half of them did not appear to actually be doing any work. Not sure what’s going on here but it is not representative of most Navy Federals

First time at this location and the young lady Kaila who is at the customer service desk was very rude and unprofessional to be the first person of contact for Navy Federal members to deal with not good at all so this rating is only based on the enter actions with Kaila

Today was my 2nd visit at Marrietta location, I had the pleasure to work with Mikalya, who was really kind and efficient which is extremely important to me. My 1st first visit was with Audbrey or Audrey this young lady is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Ladies thank you for being so humble, and making me feel welcomed to NFCU . For those who encounter long lines, I suggest you visit website that shares the Popular Time, this feature is live and so the expectations is being set regarding a long line or no line, no waiting which is what I have received each time, no long lines, no waiting. Good Luck and to the staff thank you for your kindness.

Kayla has a terrible attitude, she acted like it was a chore to help me get a new card after fraudulent activity. She treated me with complete disrespect. The customer after me had a completely different treatment. I say this location needs some diversity acceptance training. I’ve served this country and this community and I feel completely discriminated against while already being in a distraught state after my identity has been stolen.
