I searched Google Maps for “hardware,” and Northern Tool pops up first. Northern Tool pays Google to show up when searching for hardware. They do not sell hardware at all. This greedy false advertising cost me a trip across town for no reason. The employees said, “yeah, that happens a lot.” I will never buy anything from this company in the future, for any reason. Absolutely shameful.

I've been trying to spend money at this place for years! But between not having anything in-stock, and the mediocre staff I just leave pissed off. I give up! I showed the employee a sprocket he first looked at me like I was holding a dead baby! He then guess and says it should be in the hydraulic section but sends me to automotive tools. Y'all could At least hire people who somewhat know what there selling

Friendly and helpful staff, honors Veteran discount, and staff helped me put air in air compressor tires and helped me load into my truck. Great service!

They will not let you get into the store at 6:30pm because “they’re about to close” and if yo ask for help they said: “everybody is gone already” they have a lot of products but customers service is really bad.

My review is about Northern Tools as a whole and not this store. I placed an order for a Ego mower during a special one day sale. After a whole week of no communication, I reached out to customer support for an update: the order has been canceled due to no stock/discontinued. I placed my order at 10:25AM Eastern on the one day special sale... My order detail is still listed as "Received" in the website portal. When was this going to be communicated to me? There were promotions from other distributor that I did not take advantage of because I had believe I would get my order from Northern Tool fulfilled. The only response I received was an apology by a CSR that has nothing to do with the situation. Northern Tool: Unprofessional to the extreme.
