This location always has the items I need for my home office so I shop here often. However, my last visit was super positive and all due to their excellent new Counter rep, Nia. She was an absolute delight and went out of her way to ensure I left pleased with my transaction. She even discovered a coupon I wasn't aware of and made sure I received that discount. What a wonderful addition to this Office Depot location. Thank you Nia!

I had a frustrating experience at this Office Depot when trying to print a resume. The associate at the printing station initially told me I had to purchase an entire pack of resume paper—despite my boyfriend having printed resumes here before without needing to buy a pack. The store was nearly empty, with about five or six employees and maybe two customers, so there was no reason for a simple 5-10 minute visit to take over 30 minutes.
I also had trouble identifying what resume paper looked like (since let’s be real, nobody asks for printed copies nowadays), and instead of getting assistance, I felt like I was being given the runaround. After I mentioned calling customer service to see if another location offered single sheets, a different associate stepped in and asked if any resume paper would be fine—turns out, they had some all along. So why was I initially told I had to purchase a $30 pack?
On top of that, I needed a single manila folder, but they only had bulk packs. A 100-pack was misplaced where a 24-pack for $12.99 should have been, and no one seemed to care about fixing it. It could have been a rough morning for the employees, but considering that East Cobb has a lot of older residents who may need in-person assistance, this kind of service is disappointing. A little kindness and effort go a long way!

Placed an order for printing, after hearing nothing by the scheduled pick up time I phoned only to be informed their print person is out for the week. A simple phone call by the store could’ve have solved this review. I asked them to cancel the order and they were not able, now I have to follow up again when the printer is back, even though they couldn’t say when that is. Will not be printing here again.

Simple online order placed on Thursday for some printing. Nothing special; payed for. But still not ready on Friday midday.
Their system is down, and they have no way of seeing it or canceling it.

I went to this particular O.D. yesterday to fax some papers off. First of all O. D. your prices to fax are EXTREME, and the company should be ashamed. So I get the paper that says the prices to fax, $20.00 to fax 10 sheets of papers. I’m like that’s not adding up right, so I asked this man about the prices. He then asks another coworker about the price. I showed him the paper that they have with the prices and said that it was incorrect. He said he couldn’t do anything so I asked to speak to the manager, b/c I’m sure he would know how to override the price since it is the stores fault and not mine. He says I am the manager smh, so you not your coworkers keep up with the prices or know what y’all are doing. O. D. SUCKS!!!! EVERYWHERE, ALL OVER.

Realllllly poor customer service here. Waited in line to make a purchase only for the checkout girl to finish her transaction and inform the line that she would be taking no more customers. The smallest "I'm sorry. This is my last customer. Can you guys form a line at the print center?" instead of standing there silently until I got to the counter would've been appreciated and instead she said "well. I had to check her out". Truly, not an excuse. Just bad customer service. Decided not even to make my purchase and leave, and I won't be back to this location.

This store isn’t very organize one minute they tell you this in the next minute they tell you that they change the rules too much confuses me ! Stay grounded and help your customers that want to spend cash money ! Never reject a customer business even for the smallest things be a friend to a customer and break your rules to help others stop helping just the biggest customers but even the smallest ones ! I never went back here after the manager was so rude cause I needed a few print outs ‘ they were arrogant and I’m nauseous and I will be back! Try being a little more polite and kinder to the smallest people God doesn’t like ugly!!

Absolutely awful customer service! Took 250 flyers in that just needed cut in half. Absolutely no one in line or hardly in store and the girl in the printing area said it would be a full day wait to simply get one cut made? Unbelievable so could not take 5 minutes to walk over to the fitting machine and simply cut flyers in half. No wonder they are practically going out of business!

This Office Depot is well stocked and clean. Service is everything & customer experience! Location is perfect near hundreds of specialty stores near Merchants walk.
Walter Meyers, the General Manager, is an amazing person! He comes from family generations of owned businesses in serving people in Virginia... A rare find!
He's authentic, very bright, very likeable, with great insights! You should drop in, introduce yourself, and have a chat.
He'll gladly help you with all of your Office Depot needs. His service is impeccable - the best I've seen at all OD stores. ( Makes sense that he used to be a sales manager for luxury vehicles of a top car manufacturer).
I think he should run for Congress or Senate and clean up some of our policies of wasteful spending. He'd win!

Worst online customer service.
My order was canceled with no reason. They cannot say if my next order will not be canceled.
Now I remember why I don’t shop at office depot or OfficeMax
