Drove an hour to pickup an online order bc it said they were the only store that had it in stock. didn’t check the bag before leaving bc i had my hand full. Got it home and realized they had given me the wrong pants. Wrong size and wrong type.

I LOVE Old Navy!!! 😍❤️🙌🏻 Their store is always clean & organized and they have such low prices, and comfortable, quality clothing.
I ESPECIALLY love the Lux V-neck shirts & tank tops… sooo soft & great fit! 😁
I also got a great deal on a cute summer dress today. And used my rewards… THANKS OLD NAVY!!! ❤️❤️❤️
PS. Why do u no longer sell LUX VNECK tanks?!?!??? This makes me sad - they are my favorite for the summer! 😢 Please sell them again. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

The big store manager here is driving business away. This store used to be decent, now it's being run into the ground by Bluto from Popeye.Shop online or visit another location. This place surely doesn't want to make a profit!

Curvy girls DONT WASTE YOUR GAS. This location doesn’t carry any of the plus sizes that make Old Navy such an inclusive and enjoyable place to shop. Incredibly disappointing, I don’t know why you would choose to exclude larger sizes but it was the wrong decision.

I bought alot of items. Clerk offered me a credit card I asked was it a hard inquiry she lied and said no so I signed up. ? Won't use the card anymore

In clearance section there is still more discounts from the price tag. Actual selling price is updated only in the system and not in the price tag

Experienced the worst ? At the Register the people standing behind me in line gets called before me, i actually thought it was a Joke. I had my 12yr old with me and she is asking why did we get discriminated?♀️

I feel like every time I go in Old Navy, I get some kind of surprise at the register. Swim trunks on sale for $10. Right in the middle of the swimsuits, with a sign advertising the $10 price, were a whole row of "workout shorts" that looked like swim trunks. These were $18.95. Very annoyed.
