The big store manager here is driving business away. This store used to be decent, now it's being run into the ground by Bluto from Popeye.Shop online or visit another location. This place surely doesn't want to make a profit!

Curvy girls DONT WASTE YOUR GAS. This location doesn’t carry any of the plus sizes that make Old Navy such an inclusive and enjoyable place to shop. Incredibly disappointing, I don’t know why you would choose to exclude larger sizes but it was the wrong decision.

I bought alot of items. Clerk offered me a credit card I asked was it a hard inquiry she lied and said no so I signed up. ? Won't use the card anymore

In clearance section there is still more discounts from the price tag. Actual selling price is updated only in the system and not in the price tag

Experienced the worst ? At the Register the people standing behind me in line gets called before me, i actually thought it was a Joke. I had my 12yr old with me and she is asking why did we get discriminated?♀️

I feel like every time I go in Old Navy, I get some kind of surprise at the register. Swim trunks on sale for $10. Right in the middle of the swimsuits, with a sign advertising the $10 price, were a whole row of "workout shorts" that looked like swim trunks. These were $18.95. Very annoyed.

Place for average class people, not going after the popular brands. Deals mainly with the dresses for all. Prices is competitive or slightly higher.

Great place. I just wish that they carried larger sizes in the store. I'm 6'5" and I have 2 kids close to that height so we are extremely limited in what we can find in store. They do have a great online selection for us but trying stuff on is rather difficult to do online.

Everyone is great here. Just a heads up that this store does not carry any extended sizes anymore though. You have to go to a bigger location.

Great employees! An amazing employee and her district manager helped me pick out an amazing outfit. I have no fashion sense and was just completely overwhelmed. They just swooped in and just made it an amazing shopping experience! They even helped get me different sizes to try on in the dressing room. I left feeling like a million dollars!

The employees want to let you know that they are only there to fold clothes and restock. Not a single hello, smile, or "excuse me" when putting something up next to me. Dude just threw a pair of shoes at the bottom of the rack. This was like customer service 101 when I worked there. Apparently they don't care about customers unless it's to sign you up for a credit card. I swear, no one said A THING and there were employees everywhere! Even the lady in the dressing room was impolite. Garbage location.

My experience at this location was amazing. Mykala was such a help. I originally came to this location cause they had biker shorts in my size and ended up leaving with 3 other outfits plus accessories and jewelry. Luckily I have a event to go to tomorrow so everything worked out on justifying my additional purchases lol?

Want to give a shout out to the best customer I've received in a store in a while. I was desperately trying to find a specific workout legging that was sold out everywhere. I happened to try this particular store and so grateful Elizabeth "Ellie" McCullough was assisting me. She scoured the entire store and found the very last pair of what I was looking for in my size. She could have easily said "we don't have It" but she went above and beyond to locate for me. In a current environment where it's difficult to find good employees, Eliie is top notch. I hope corporate reads this!
