Olivier and Sam the Mechanic were absolutely fantastic especially with the customer service. I came in late on a Friday, knowing it was late in the day and they may not be able to help me but SAM took the time to take my car to diagnose it and charged my battery until I could come back on Monday.
10/10 will be returning every time!!
Back on Monday and I was in and out within 45 minutes! Thank you!! :)

Compassionate & excellent service. I absolutely love Oliver Sales & Leasing! I have trusted 2 vehicles to them for servicing for more than 21 years and I can emphatically say that they are the best in the city. Pierre and John will tell you the truth, treat you with respect, and show genuine concern for you and your vehicle. I have complete trust and confidence in their excellent service and repair of my Mercedes due to their decades of experience with German engineered vehicles. At Oliver’s, you will never have to worry about them cutting corners, or purposely inflating minor issues to get to spend unnecessary money like at a car dealership. Phenomenal service. It's easy to see that the professionals at Oliver are knowledgable about the cars that they service. The bonus is they are clearly not trying to push the customer to get things that we do not need. As a young woman, who just wants my car to be safe to drive and well maintained, I have found the right place to being my BMW.

Went here looking for Ike and they told me to wait there, I was there for what it felt like forever ! They never told me that Ike had left that location and opened up his own shop. For those who were Ikes customers he has moved down the street @Wylie Auto care

Went to have my check tire pressure light on e350. He took my car and checked why the light was on. Came back and advised that he increased the amount of air that was recommended. I asked how much was the charge for that, he said no charge. That is how service should be. Something quick with an explanation is what consumers need. I will return when I need service/repairs.

I recommend Ike and the work this shop did for me with absolute confidence. I would give 10 stars if possible.I took my older BMW X3 to several intown and supposed “euro” auto shops due to what everyone assumed was a coolant leak. No one was able to truly diagnose the issue, and I paid almost a thousand dollars to have the issue “fixed.” After a major overheating incident, I finally had my car towed to Oliver based upon a friend’s recommendation. The issue ended up being nothing more than a $3.50 screw, plus the small cost of labor to flush the coolant system. The diagnostic and fix happened within a couple of hours, and I was amazed at the knowledge, ability and speed of the technicians at this shop.If you are looking for mechanics that actually understand how to fix and care for foreign (or I’m sure domestic) cars, PLEASE come here first.

My Review is for Ike I really like this guy he has worked on all my cars even tho he doesn’t return calls. Smh but if you have a foreign vehicle this is the place to goto I have warranty and I still goto him.
