The staff here are awesome. Recently had a headlight issue and of course I didn’t even check fuse first. So I figured my headlight socket was burned out . Long story short, after finally checking fuse , I went back and got the harness that I returned (with no questions asked ) and installed it again and what do you know ….it worked ! O’reillys on canton is my store for life because of the service extended by John and Alana. Thank you for know what taking care of a customer is about.

Isaac (I think that was his name) was super helpful. I needed new glass for my side mirror and the part needed to be ordered. It arrived same day, only taking a couple hours. He came outside with me in the rain to make sure it was the right size. Not used to getting such good customer service especially as a woman at an automotive shop. Definitely coming here instead of the autozone across the street from now on

They stole from us. Our family worked hard for the 158 this store stole. There were 2 men of no color at the register. I believe one of them stole the money from the card

Was able to get what I needed even at a late hour! Other auto supply shops were in the area but only O'Reilly's was open. I was greeted and helped soon as I walked in the door. Parking lot could use more lighting.
