This location is always missing items off the menu. It makes it such a hassle to order something and finding out they don't have keep it in stock.

I said something about they’re not being cups for sips Club and the make worker who talked to me was RUDE. Not only was I treated with sass with my complaint, When I said I was going to do a review, I was ridiculed. I work with customers and expect to be treated with respect, especially in a place that changed the rules and does not apologize for less than good customer service. I have sips club here and at this point, it’s no longer worth it – if I were the manager, this worker would’ve been fired. I will make sure to do more reviews on yelp and other locations, as well as to let people know by word-of-mouth.Pictures show no workers present to hand out cups when they no longer make them convenient for sips club members. What is the purpose of the kiosk to have to wait in line and have poor customer service? No longer convenient or worth the money.

Food was great but the order taker had an attitude from start to finish. She asked me if that's it 4 times cutting me off each time while ordering. When I approached the window ask to get my number put in for points. That was an issue. She handed my food out the window,I said thank you and she just closed the window. This is my first bad experience ever at a Panera

The stuff here is rude ? to customers. I've watch the employees roll your eyes as customers walk away. They don't look happy to be there. They have airpods in and when customers ask them questions they have to continue repeating their questions for them to hear them ?. I would go eles where.

Location was great! I went in today to work and the wifi was fast and Instayed literally all day. There was 1 instance of my salad having chicken with ice on it but I let them know and they freaked out and replaced the entire meal.Parking: Pretty decent number of spots, 3 handicap, parking in the back also available.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are not handicap accessible, but nearly all of the tables have a seat that can be moved. The tablets for ordering are low enough that I could reach them from my chair or I could go to the counter. The pick up counter is high but they will bring your food out if needed. Bathroom is a good size too, sink is just a little higher than I'm used to though

I just want to say. I appreciate this location very much. I had ordered through the app- and my door dash driver stole my food. I called the store- everyone was kind and helpful. Because Door dash didn't answer- instead of saying I was SOL. The manager, Kita , remade the food and delivered it to my location. I work customer service so I know how frustrating when 3rd parties don't work. I just want to say they went above and beyond. I really hope Panera takes head on the service and takes care of the employees & Kita with either a raise or some gift cards cause I wasn't expecting that kind of initiative. Clearly Kita is setting an amazing expectation with her staff. Thank you Kita, I really appreciated it.

I tried to order a family size soup container on the drive through side. However, the cashier kept telling me they only have two smaller sizes. Therefore I went inside to place my order. I had to wait for a very long time until an associate came towards me and let me say very SLOWLY!!!! I ordered, paid and got my food. Then I decided to purchase more items but I have been waiting to order my food for more than 15 min and there is no help. Same story again!!! This place is not busy, I am the only one waiting. The baker keeps telling me nobody’s here to help me!!! Horrible customer service at this location. Writing this review as I am waiting for anyone to help me! Leaving this place!!!!!

Food is good. Orders are done via a kiosk. This would be okay if the things were not slow and prone to freezing. Drink cups are by the kiosks. Notification your order is ready comes via a text and a person calling out your name. You get to carry your food to your table, so no table service. Remember this when the kiosk asks about adding a tip to your order. There is an electric fireplace in the middle of the room. Folks were camped out at the tables closest to the fireplace, but it was still nice. My wife commented on the worn furniture and was surprised since this location is not that old. Overall the experience was okay.

This Panera is very well kept. Not ecstatic about the food, but a good spot for a nice treat and coffee. Mary is amazing and should probably run the place. She took a moment in the 100 things that she was doing to say hi. I actually had an issue with a rubbery cinnamon roll that was peobably microwaved too long and she to great care of me and even introduced me to the kitchen sink cookie (which is AMAZING). I'll for sure be back.
