The water was cold. I kept telling the girl that the water was cold but she didn't do anything about it. I asked for a gel pedicure and she gave me a regular pedicure. The price is way too high at $27 for a pedicure.

I came here today for a pedicure and specifically asked for a callus remover with it. after the service was done and Suzi was about to start with my nails I asked about the callus remover and she mentioned it didn’t come with the basic pedicure. this wasn’t mentioned prior to starting my pedicure nor was I given the list of pedicures to choose from. My service felt extremely rushed and got a few eye rolls. I will not be returning.

This had been my favorite place to go for manicures and pedicures since 2012, until yesterday. I made an appointment with a specific nail technician, who they told me was available. I show up on time only to find out I have to wait an hour because they gave my appointment to someone else. They asked if I wanted to see another tech. Of course not! That’s not how you treat customers. Not going back. This place has declined and it is all due to poor management.

I've been going here for at least 10 years and as of recently it's gotten bad! Today will be the last time I come. I told the guy that that was not the color that I picked out and he went and grabbed the correct one and ended up doing the wrong one, they are all very aggressive and it's not relaxing, they comment and say remarks if you don't tip "enough" aka $20, my sister came with and had a gift card and they told her that it no longer works and only works at the East Cobb location even though the gift card said West Cobb - so she definitely got swindled. The customer service has just gone down hill so bad and I'm sad because now I'll have to find another nail salon.

Linda is amazing! She takes her time and knows what she is doing with nails. She has gotten my nails so strong and healthy. She is not only a great nail technician but she is loyal, flexible, and cares about my nails. I highly recommend her and she is the only one I will go to for my nails.

I have been seeing Linda for three years now. My nails have never been healthier. I always get the French SNS and pedicure.
Linda is the most accommodating nail tech that I have ever seen. She will jump through the proverbial hoops to get you an appointment when you need it. You book directly through her and she will always send you a reminder of your appointment.
I have attached two photos that Linda took today. The top one is five weeks after my last visit and the one below it is the finished product from my visit today. Linda is the best!
Stylist: Please ask for Linda when you book your appointment!

Honestly this place is a great go to. They understand trends and are experienced enough to not leave you disappointed. It’s missing a star cause they say walk in but I was literally treated as an inconvenience to them. They helped all the regular walk ins first before me. Also they could use some cleaning tips.
My tech was good. (Hei or hai, I think his name was) He at first seemed very bothered but ended up cutting up with me by the end. He tried to upsell the service a little but quickly stopped when I wasn’t buying. He was a little careless with the nail Dremel and got my skin twice which he apologized for. Overall my nails came out really good and were exactly what I wanted.
This place isn’t dirty but it isn’t the most clean either. I went very close to closing time so it could be that. They reuse tools and they are not in sanitized packages. That’s another downfall. If you don’t mind though they are a great option.
They are very pricy but I feel this is the case everywhere now for nail salons. I just got pink and white ombré acrylic with no tips and came to $70 before tip. Be aware they do charge if you use a card! Bring cash to avoid the fee.
Cleanliness: Not the best but not the worst. Could use a deep clean and sanitize of the utensils

I have been going here for over a year. The last 4 visits I have had major issues. The gel not being cured properly, the acrylic being put on my skin, my nails being cut after the acrylic was put on(which makes it lift). My nails have not gel nails have not even lasted a week. I will say the building seems clean always, but the nail techs supplies are not. I have had multiple experiences where other peoples cut nails are on the towel they are using for me.

I love the way she did my nails, careful and detailed. Everything was perfect. I have had this builder gel nails design done for almost 4 weeks now and it has not broken or chipped. If you want your nails for last long and good deals let go to this nail salon and see her, her name is Lucy, and you will not be disappointed. Lucy is very skillful, she can do any art nails you want. Even the way she does nails like dipping or acrylic nails you will feel secure that your nails will not chipped or cracked.

Really pretty nail salon. However it is sooooooo overpriced. A simple pedi with no removal of dead skin on heels was $37. The chair I sat on didn’t work. I was not able to get a massage or anything.
Water drops kept falling on me from the air vents.
Will not be returning at all.

DID NOT EVEN LAST A WEEK.
I went on a Wednesday the first of May, I got a full set with gel polish. It was a french tip , I showed a picture. It was not the right shape I wanted to try stiletto, but they ended up being almond not like the picture, but it was ok because I ended up liking the shape. The french tip was patchy and not even but not noticeable unless you were really looking. It was fine because my toddler was with me and was ready to eat, it ended up taking him a longer time longer than usual. Well fast forward Thursday one breaks.. in half . I got to fix it for free. Well Saturday rolls around two more break same way, in half . I call and explain this has already happened. They give me the email to the manager. I email and send a picture..(Still no reply) So I call again.. the say they have a 7 day policy so I can come fix them .. so I go the 7th because Im off Tuesdays and Wednesdays and its a bit of a drive. They’re really nice about it. A woman name Bella repaired the broke ones and changed the color for me which in quote she says usually if you change the color they make you pay but I will do it for you so you come back. She was really sweet… well here we are the 11th off of work take a shower get a bottle of water before bed , hear something fall to the floor and well low and behold it a nail broke in half.. the same way.. I didn’t do anything but shower. I don’t know if they are using new nails. Ive never had this problem… but I will not be back.

Was very disappointed in the service and quality.. a simple full set and pedi… was rushed to pay right after she just finished the last coat and already messed my nails up from that… went with my step mom they switched our colors on top of the already horribly rushed service they did very very disappointed… definitely won’t be going back ever
