Quiet area very peaceful and comfy.Small community very small.Maintenance very responsive when a request is submitted.No bugs they spray every unit ever so often.No issues with utilities.Water included.Pets allowed an they aren’t strict on the pet deposit as long as it’s a small animal.Clean community someone keeps it picked up daily.Deposit was below $800.Got my unit quick and was very very happy.

Roach infested dump. Even had rats that they could not get under control. I was terrified that my toddler would get attacked. Out dated old hotels that do not have washer or dryer hookups or dishwashers. Poor management won't fix heating when I was about to give birth to my baby. A horrible and noisy place to live. Public housing would be just as good and free. Used condoms in the parking lot. Gross. We had to get out of this hell hole.
