I’m always nervous about sending my daughter anywhere, but I just reenrolled my daughter for another year. This daycare is excellent. My daughter has learned so much, and they have so many wonderful activities to assist in her development. Her teachers, especially Ms. Rayna are exceptional and so educated in my daughters age group. Could not recommend this daycare enough. Rest assured your child is cared for, cuddled, and loved.

Kayla and her leadership team show a deep appreciation for the staff and students at Parker Chase. The teachers love the kids, teach them well, and the kids love them in return. Our child comes home excited about what he learned that day and can’t wait to go back to school the next day.

Almost all good reviews were from 3+ years ago before 2020. It was later bought by a corporate called Endeavor in 2022. It has become nothing but a cash cow for the corporate since. The teachers are set to failure because they are 1. Underpaid 2. Overworked 3. Not well supported by school 4. Not adequately trainedAstonishing turn over rate. My kid’s classroom had 9 different teachers from 2023.1 to 2023.8. You can see new teachers every other week or so. Most of them appear to be very young, have no experience caring for a group of kids full time, and with no training.Yet the school was trying to put more kids in the class all the time.My kid told me every morning “no school mommy”. I can imagine it being a very challenging environment for a 2-year old because of new teacher everyday and new kids everyday. Till today when we drive by, he tells me “no going here mommy”.I have not experienced this luckily, but for two other children I know of who got injured at school, the school’s attitude towards kids getting injured at school is “they are children they get hurt”.Worth mentioning that this is the most expensive daycare in this area - $1900 for 2-year old in 2023. It’s not worth that price tag AT ALL.

The worst and traumatizing daycare we experienced. Both my boys were there for a very short time. First impression of administration was so-so, disorganized and not that friendly. Was willing to put that aside give it a chance. A couple weeks in we get a phone call saying one of my children was foaming in the mouth and acting lethargic. Turns out the kids were sent outside in the middle of afternoon in 95 degree heat with no water outside. They have to walk inside to get water. AND they admitted the kids had been outside playing for 40 minutes once I demanded to see camera footage. I immediately pulled them out and moved them to Parker Chase Sprayberry where it was night and day difference.

This place was a horrible experience and we are fortunate to have gotten out when we did. Endeavor Schools clearly treats child care and education as nothing more than an investment and it showed during our time at Parker-Chase East Cobb. Lots of teacher/staff turnover and almost always a chaotic environment. Our new school is night and day in comparison which is what lead me to post this review as a precaution to others. Hopefully things will turn around.

We started at Parker Chase after our previous daycare shut down. Our first few months were overwhelming adapting to the size of the daycare and the class sizes.Fast forward 3 months and our class was without their lead teacher and then one of the assistants also left. Unfortunately it was a theme for the time we were there with a huge amount of staff turnover during a short period. The communication also was not great from the administration about the teachers. The changes seemed to impact our son a-lot and we saw some behavior issues. He was unhappy at drop off even 5/6 months after starting and we pulled him out 6 weeks earlier than our start date at another daycareMost of the teachers we interacted with were great! But they didn’t stay or they didn’t have the right support in numbers in the classrooms. This is echoed by a lot of the parents and we were also paying the highest tuition in East Cobb for this. I had higher expectations and I hope they can get back to the daycare that gave them all these great reviews.

We were on the fence about putting our daughter in day care because she did so well with a her nanny, who we absolutely loved. Parker chase completely changed our mind. It was hands down the best daycare we toured and our experience over the last six months has only reinforced our first impression. The teachers are great at communicating her progress at pick up, drop off, and through the app, and we can peek into the classroom through the camera system. They partner with Endeavor schools to offer "extra curricular activities". Our baby is taking Ballet and loving it, without us having to coordinate additional drop off or weekend classes. She is learning things like manners, new words, and sharing, exponentially faster than she did with a nanny and she is a little social butterfly. This has been great for her development, our peace of mind, and our work life balance. I cannot recommend them more highly.

The majority of teachers are excellent caregivers. Unfortunately, many parents' patience has become exhausted by the new ownership, Endeavor Schools. The common complaint I hear from parents is that the school is run more poorly now with fewer service hours, however, the cost to parents keeps rising high while teacher compensation is shamefully low. Additionally, the communication to students is seen as poor and often "tone deaf" and dismissive of reasonable concerns.

Awful school- lots of turn over, generation of our family and friends brought their children here but it has been purchased by a a corporation now. Way too many constant changes, we will be taking our child out.

KRK East Cobb is a fantastic preschool. I love the warm environment, high quality teachers, and incredible focus on my kids. I can't think of a better place for them while I am at work. I learned a ton on parenting from some of their long time vets in the Infant room, Seekers, and Explorers!

Instantly knew from the second I walked in I wanted my child to go here. Staff is so warm and welcoming. Infant room is amazing! I can leave him everyday knowing that he is loved and learning new things. One of the only infant rooms that when I went on tours the women smiled at me and actually engaged in conversation. That made a huge difference. The women in the infant room are amazing!

Our kids have been going here for years. The staff is great and facility is always clean and has all the kids could need to enjoy their day and be successful. They learn so much at KrKs, more than we could have imagined. One day, our little one started singing in Chinese! She then told us she learned that song in KrKs. Great place and highly recommend it!

My 3 year old started in August 2019 and although there was lack of communication prior to the start of the year everything was addressed and taken care of.The staff is always so welcoming and the keypad entry and child sign in/out is seamless. Our daughter does the half day program and absolutely loves her teachers! They have made her feel loved, comfortable, and have helped her adjust to being in school. The classroom is well managed, the videos and pictures we get are reassuring and allow us to see parts of her day. The tadpoles daily updates are great too. The classroom is clean and they do a great job ensuring the kids wash their hands often. So far we have really enjoyed our experience and would recommend KRK to others.
