Came in for an oil change. Got here around 2pm. It’s now 5:18 and I can still see my vehicle in the garage with other vehicles but no workers!

This review is for the “I’m just a girl” type of women (that’s what I am when it comes to cars) who when something happens to your tires and need a place that’s efficient, reliable, and great customer service.
Thank you Ms.Amber, Mr. Lloyd, and the entire team for making my tire replacements process so seamless and quick. I came to them months ago when Mr. Everette assisted me as a new customer of Pepboys. I came back in Friday to replace the two tires he had suggested for me to go ahead and get replaced. Ms. Amber was amazing at informing me the ones I previously got put on my car needed to be ordered and could be ready to replace early Saturday morning. I came back Saturday and within an hour a half my tires were replaced, the old tires were taken for proper disposal ($3.00 for each tire) and a proper alignment. Keep up the great work. I truly appreciate this location.

I was pleasantly greeted and stated I had an appointment for an oil change. I asked the service clerk to check my windshield wipers since one of them did not seem to be performing correctly. The technician let me know that I had installed one of them backwards and corrected my error After the oil change was complete, the maintenance inspection was completed and they let me know what was coming due in the near future. A very satisfactory experience.

Don't ever go here, I had an 11:30 appointment for an alignment. Still hadn't pulled my car in by 12:30. Had to go back to work so I asked for my key. Apparently, the technician was too busy talking to her boyfriend to work on my car.

Sara was helpful, and they were able to diagnose and fix my old battery in 2 hours. Just be sure you get the right location - there are several on Cobb Pkwy very close to each other

Solid work. Good customer service. Repairs were excellent. Only knocked off one star because I wasn’t given any updates on the progress and had to call over the three days my vehicle was there to be serviced. I’d definitely take my vehicles back. Again, the quality of work and customer service checking in and out were perfect!

Dropped mu car off and told it would be 2 hours for a Tech to be assigned they close 7 hours later without my car being seen. It was 4pm the next day before I could pick my car up from a simple service.
