Do not patronize the grooming services at this location! I brought my 10 lb. dog to this location while Samantha was employed there. I followed her from another Petco location to this location ONLY because I loved her as did my pup. Her grooming qualities and patience were exceptional. However, I was called by the store because according to what was told to me, she walked out one day and didn't return; so my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I politely said NO THANK YOU! The store manager, Craig, at this Petco Prado location is a complete arse who doesn't need to be the manager of a McDonalds much less a Petco store! He lacks professionalism, courtesy, and has no customer service skills whatsoever. He banned my pup from ever using Petco grooming services because I challenged and questioned him on a policy he couldn't effectively articulate. As a result, I reported him to Petco Corporate HR. Instead of letting go of good quality groomers like Samantha or Reiko, Petco needs to pink slip AND ban store managers like Craig!

they cut my dogs hair all the way off he looked like a whole another dog but it ok because his hair with grow back but I would never go back it must of been their first day be no way I'm disappointed

Petco in Marietta is horrible. They will find ways to charge you excessive fees and the manager, Craig is obnoxious and rude. Lack customer service skills

Josh is an excellent groomer but will never return because of Becca. She should not be permitted to be around dogs ever.

I just tried to book a grooming appointment at this location. I had previously used it once before. The man who answered the grooming line was dealing with another animal while trying to pull up the schedule of the groomer. He was rude beyond belief. Talking to himself about the difficulty he was having with the computer and the animal he was dealing with. I remained quite patient. After a considerable bit of time when he gave me his attention I asked if he could see my previous invorce so that I might know what services were performed and the cost. He proceeded to tell me this time the cost would be more due to my puppy's age. I told him it had been a month since the last visit. I was inquiring about the difference when he became irate... said he was canceling the appointment I had scheduled, removing my dog from the system and rudely said he did not believe this salon was for my dog! With this kind of surly rudiness...you bet it is not!!!! Cheryl

After a less than stellar experience at the Kennesaw location, I came here to get my dog a bath. They welcomed us with open arms and got us in quickly. I will be coming here for our grooming moving forward.

Absolutely terrible experience. Brought my dog here for his first groom and dealt with a punks kid with purple hair and gelled Mohawk. He was not friendly at all and didn't welcome my dog. Instinctively, my dog wasn't comfortable with this guy and the guy made zero effort to comfort my dog. He ended up calling me 1 minute into the groom saying they needed to abort the grooming. This guy is lazy, uncaring, and ultimately shouldn't be in this line of work. Beware of dropping your dog off with the purple haired Mohawk guy,

Wouldn't recommend buying fish at this location. The tanks look disgusting the fish look miserable. I just purchased a betta form them yesterday that is suffering from fin rot that is so bad that half of his right pectoral fin is gone. Employees seem to know the bare minimum when it comes to knowledge regarding fish.

Honestly usually this location is fine but the ferret enclosure when I went today was absolutely disgusting. literally like 3 inches of p*** all along one whole side. i understand these animals p*** a lot and there's many in a small area - however you shouldn't sell them in the store if you're unable to clean when it gets dirty and take good care of them. it was rlly gross

I have taken my dog to many grooming salons over the years. Hands-down my experience at this grooming salon was far better than any other. Savannah in grooming was very patient with my dog and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her!

I can not thank Jake enough in grooming!! I have a service Shih Tzu and it is so hard for me to be separated from her and her from me. Jake makes us feel so comfortable and makes it so convenient for us and gives her such special treatment I couldn't expect treatment like that from anyone! He is absolutely amazing with the both of us! He gives her such special care so she is not nervous and that makes me feel relaxed. She is so scared when I take her to the groomers that I get nervous as well so I try to put it off as long as I can. She hadn't been to the groomers In almost 8 weeks! Her hair was so long and getting matted, so I couldn't put it off any longer ;( Jake cleared his schedule and make sure we came at a time when he wouldn't have any other dogs there to take his attention away from my baby. When I picked her up her coat was so beautiful and soft and she looks like a puppy! I forgot how white her hair is! She smelled so good and she looked like she was going to a dog show! I cannot think Jake enough for his personal attention and all of his patients with me and my little baby! I absolutely love Jake! And I don't think I could trust her with anyone else! I want to thank Petco for having such an Amazingly trained and compassionate grooming member working with them ;))
