Disappointed with my recent visit to your store. It felt like the focus was more on pushing promotions and getting people to download the app than actually providing good customer service. I don’t need to be pressured into downloading an app that barely works.. an employee a lady actually stopped the entire line to help an elderly customer figure out how to install the app and make an account for a promotion. It was a lot of steps, We all had to wait a while, and it wasn’t until someone else with more sense stepped in that the line started moving again. If I wanted to deal with an app, I’d just shop online. I went to the store to make a quick purchase, but the whole experience was unnecessarily difficult. This store has always had great customer service before this. It’s really frustrating to see a company go in this direction, and I’m not sure I’ll be back if this continues.

Watching one of the groomers drag my dog across the floor and then attempt to pick him up, resulted in cutting his back leg and being turned away from his appointment for a bath. He did have a scab on the back of his leg, but if he would just tell the dog to sit when I told him the commandments to give him, we wouldn’t have had this issue. Instead, dragging him across the floor is a better method which resulted in him opening his wound.

I have been in this location 2 time to return my dog foot and the manager name Dylan
Was not accepting my return. He said, because the bag is open we are not able to accept that, and I had to go to different location in kennesaw, and they were able To return and get my money. Dylan, he was so rude, unprofessional and he should not be working there.

Thank you so much for taking care of my 15 year young baby!!! I haven’t had her groomed since Covid! I could tell that she was very happy with her grooming experience, and it means the world that you took care of my baby! She’s back working that thang twerking that Thang ! I highly recommend April she’s amazing!

The grooming salon some of the groomer are awful. They have no consideration of client's situation and very cold. I'll never go back this location for my dog again!

The fish tanks are in excellent condition...all the animals are very well kept. I think Dylan helped us with fish, he was excellent.

The grooming at the East Cobb Petsmart is top notch. Jackson & April did a fabulous job on my Newfoundlands & it didn't break the bank. Trying to find groomers that treat you with respect or even call you back has been impossible. I highly recommend this location for all of your grooming needs.

Bettas in cups 25 feet from the entrance in 20 degree weather. Cruel and sad. Many PetSmart locations have improved past this level and only keep Bettas in small tanks, or at least move them away from the entrance during a cold snap.
