I made the decision to join my family member who uses this bank and branch. The branch manager is wonderful but unfortunately the staff underneath her is not good. It's not clear whether it's a training issue or a lack of caring by these folks. We have had three very disappointing experiences in the last several weeks. This branch also does not have teller windows and has no cash on the premises. I know that finding good employees has become very challenging but I think we are done. It's not on my to do list to fix this bank's issues.

Outside ATM still won't read card after 2 months. Fix your stuff if you're going to fire tellers to put in non-functioning technology.

The manager was awful- continued to micro manage the employees helping me out. What should have taken 10 minutes turned into more than 30. I left without accomplishing anything. I’m switching banks.

Not sure what experience the negative raters are responding from (it's not detailed and I suspect it doesn't have anything to do with this branch itself).In my experience at this branch, the employees are top notch and anxious to be of service. It always brightens my day when I visit the branch because the employees are so nice and personable. I've used this branch for 9 years now and have never had an unsatisfactory experience or lackluster service.These guys are simply the best!

I don't get into the bank often. But when I do it reminds me of why I left Regions. I needed to replace my debit card. Sara was great. Fast friendly service and she made me a card. No waiting for days. Great job Sara and the entire staff there.
