I’ve been a long time PNC customer, but their service has gone down. Don’t bother making an appointment, because you’ll end up waiting 30 minutes for a 5 minute consultation. Absolutely ridiculous. I was about to walk out when they called me in. I will be changing banks, that has better service and more value for my time.

I'm not a customer but had a great experience here. A friend who banks here was out of town. He received a check in the mail and asked us to deposit it. The check was payable to his name but the checking account is for his business. I expected trouble but when I explained the situation to the teller at the drive up it was handled immediately. If this had been at my bank I would still be there arguing with them. Great service!

Not my regular PNC branch. I had to deposit a check I ask for it to be put in my money market account they put it in my checking I will not be using this location again.

Mike Negron from this branch did an amazing job helping me figure out why my account was locked. Customer service nor the other branches could figure out what on Earth was going on with my account. And Mike worked past closing hours to help me with my problem that's been going on for months. PNC needs more employees Like Mike. Thank you so much for your help

I stopped by the drive through window on July 16 because I needed change for a $20. They wouldn't give me change because I didn't have an account with them. Really? This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of. Is Customer Service in your vocabulary? If I'm ever looking for a new bank, I will not even consider PNC.

Several years back, I found myself in a very difficult financial situation as I was in the process of taking over my business after a difficult divorce. I went to the bank I was using at the time but they provided me no guidance or support. I was referred to PNC Bank and the Branch Manager Dave Nunez paid me a visit at my salon. He had answers to my troubles with my current bank and was warm, friendly and informative. I have been with PNC bank for 4 years now and could not be happier with the service and products they offer. No matter what branch I visit I am always greeted with a smile and impeccable service!!

In recent months my family has been re-organizing our finances . David , the manager, and the staff at the branch have always been attentive, courteous, and very helpful with some great proactive advice and assistance.
