This is a customer-friendly and customer driven location…from the moment I walked through the door, it was clear this PNC solution center understood relationship banking…a well managed branch with excellent staff and service!

Not a bank. PNC is apparently getting rid of drive thrus which is kind of ableist if you ask me. This location doesn't have a drive thru with real people. Only ATM

Trying to deposit perfectly legal but somewhat faded bills. Can't do it if the ATM won't accept them. None of the "bankers" at the location can actually handle cash. Totally unacceptable. Will be switching banks.

PNC has the worst customer service from the large financial institutions. From overcharges to long wait times. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.

This is a "financial center", not a bank. If you don't know what a financial center is, think about a bank, and take away every single service that the bank offers like helping resolve account issues or writing cashiers checks, and you're left with a financial center. 2 stars because although the people working there can't help you, the lady I interacted with through the atm webcam was helpful and eventually resolved the issue (after the first atm webcam guy lied to me the previous day.)

Horrible, no service branch. Plasticky branch manager. Siri and Alexa could probably learn a lot from her. Just plain unfriendly.

PNC bank will destroy you and not think twice about it. 1. I've been a loyal customer for over TWENTY years. 2. PNC closed my account with NO explanation & NO notice. 3. I woke up one morning with a zero balance in my account. I called & was told that my accounts have been closed because PNC can choose not to do business with me and they do not have to tell me why. 4. I went to the branch and was unable to get any answers- only that a cashiers check of my money was sent to me & was already in the mail. Meanwhile, I didn't get the checks for eight days. That's a lifetime when you're cut off with no warning!! 5. I called corporate and the president and an executive member and literally, they could care less. No explanation given by anyone. My husband and I were floored. 6. I've got two homes and PNC bank left me in a true nightmare! I've never bounced a check in my life and all my checks bounced all over the place, I had no access to any of my on- line bill pay with my account numbers and phone numbers, direct deposit had to be stopped.... It's endless. Final thoughts- if they can do this to me after being with them for 20 years and I have fantastic credit with a score in the 800's.... Imagine what this bank would do to someone else. My advice? There's far too many choices to take a chance like this. STAY FAR away from PNC bank!!!!

This location used to have really good customer service. And I don't know if it's changing management or company policy but this branch customer service is no longer good. And I understand they've had the bank a lot of changes and do things differently because of covid like all of us have but last week I went through to try to get a new debit card and I followed the directions on the sign to get my place in line but after waiting 15 minutes in my car I still haven't notified me so I canceled my place in line and just left and I considered leaving PNC and I may do it sometime in the future but until that happens I will be doing all my banking online and just going through the drive-thru to the ATM now I will no longer be going in to this Branch or any other French location.

Horrible branch location. People are very rude here. Can't answer simple questions. the people working today May 27 2021 should take another customer service course or rethink their career choice. Get it together. You guys are slacking badly. I hate pnc. Doesn't matter how long you've been banking with them. They will always let you down.

I just bought a home locally and this PNC Bank was so helpful. We ended up having only 17 days from offer to closing, and they were very accommodating when we needed to complete both of our wire transfers. Due to COVID-19, the bank only has appointments on Tuesdays/Thursdays, but since that didn't work with the timing of our short close, they were flexible enough to allow the wire transfers via the drive-through.

I got tired of having money sitting in checking and savings accounts and earning pennies in interest. The bank I was at required fairly large balances to avoid service fees, but they paid little in interest. I started looking around at other local banks and liked what I saw on the PNC website, so I stopped by to set up an account. PNC requires only a minimum balance of $500 to avoid service fees. This is the lowest I've seen for banks I have worked with. When I stopped by the bank, I was surprised by several features. It wasn't set up as a traditional bank with tellers behind a counter. Instead, there was a receptionist there who greeted me immediately and asked what they could help me with. I have never been greeted like this at any other bank I have been to Instead of tellers behind a counter, they have individual offices where you speak privately with bankers. The bank officer explained the different options for checking accounts. Actually, the features as she explained them were a little confusing -- I think she was new -- but I checked out the features in advance on the internet and pretty much knew what I wanted. This bank also seems to be technologically much more advanced than other banks I have worked with. They are able to generate an ATM/Debit card on the spot when you open an account. The online banking screens are much better than what I've experienced elsewhere, with graphs and calendar views of activity. The virtual wallet is also an interesting feature, with three different accounts combined into one -- a checking account, reserve account, and savings account -- and you can move money easily between the three by using a slider bar on the website. There is also an ATM inside of the building that is open 24/7 in addition to a drive through ATM. If you want a little more security, this is a really nice option. I really recommend checking out this bank if you're in the market for a new checking or saving account.

I attempted to close a business account 8 times with no success. Due to pregnancy complications I was unable to open my business. I went into this branch a total of 5 times (3 times while pregnant) in an attempt to close my account and get reimbursed. All five times they were either unavailable, computers down, or had an excuse why they could not close my account. I spent hours over the phone 3 separate times trying to get it taken care of as well. Now, almost a year later, this branch will not reimburse me because they claim it was not a fault of theirs. Horrible customer service and they do not return phone calls. If there was an option to leave zero stars, I would.
